FIFA 07
4 Star Review  GameZone - Nov 18, 2006

For Xbox 360 owners and soccer fans alike, the FIFA franchise didn’t quite live up to the expectations of gamers looking for a next-generation soccer game that plays far differently than the games we have been playing on the original Xbox. Now EA Sports brings us FIFA 07, another entry in the franchise that fans have been turning to for quite awhile now. Is this the amazing next-generation soccer game we have been waiting for? The answer is not really, but it’s a good start in the right direction. For one thing, the shadow of the World Cup is no longer upon us as it was when EA Sports released FIFA 06: Road to FIFA World Cup for the 360.

Fifa 07
4 Star Review   By member road3283 - Apr 26, 2008

Strengths: Easy to pick up and play, hard to master.

Weakness: Commentary from announcers gets repetitive.

This game is a soccer fan's dream come true. It is stuffed with professional players and teams; from the smaller leagues, to the major European teams, all the way up to International play. The gameplay is well-rounded and is great to play either with friends or solo, and the high production values ensure a solid experience.

Great Fifa 07
4 Star Review   By member fong38 - Mar 29, 2007

Strengths: graphics & control

Weakness: camera angle

I've been play Fifa on the xbox for the last 3 years, and I enjoy every version. Since I recently got a 360, I decided to get the Fifa 07. This is a much improved game over the xbox. The graphics is much sharper, control is very smooth, and the game play is very good. You'll notice the 360 version is more zoomed in, I wish there was a way to change the camera angle. Overall I highly recommend this game.

Best Sports Game Around (Except for MVP Baseball 2005)
5 Star Review   By member leonefu2008 - Jan 4, 2007

Strengths: Real life atmosphere, Unbelievable graphics, Clean gameplay and character movement is unique and realistic

Weakness: People in the US don't care about football (soccer)

After spending the last three and a half months in Italy, studying abroad, I have become a die-hard soccer fan. Maybe becoming familiar with the players is what makes the game exciting the same way an American High School student is attracted to games like Madden and NBA Live. The graphics are unreal, player abilities are extremely accurate. The gameplay is smooth from the way the player controlled moves to those idly being controlled by the computer. Introducing this game to my friends who are unfamiliar with the players, they love it to. EA sports is truly the master of sport games so on a sidenote people need to never buy 2K sports games (personally couldn't have been more frustrated with MLB 2K6; big yankees fan, so all I have to say is come on Jeter!). In conclusion, I recommend this game to all sports lovers.
