Army of Two: The 40th Day
3.5 Star Review  productwiki.com - Sep 19, 2011

Army Of Two: The 40th Day is a third-person shooter video game that takes cooperative gameplay to the next level. A sequel to the 2008 release, it focuses more on multiplayer with extensive co-op features, tactics and strategies. Players can team up with an AI-counterpart in a single player campaign or can work with a friend and advance through missions or venture through online mode where the game supports up to 12 different players. One major key feature of Army Of Two: The 40th Day is the advanced weapons customization where gamers can use money earned throughout the game to modify and enhance weapons and make customizations at any point in time. Features Revamped gameplay with co-op play and expanded list of co-op tactics Advanced weapon customization Engaging story set in Shanghai, China Exclusive multiplayer modes that can use two, four or 12 players ... PROS: (1) Very brutal, yet satisfying, gunplay keeps the game entertaining throughout. (2) Light on plot--focuses on hard-hitting gameplay with little slowdown. (3) Mechanics are for the most part solid and smooth. (4) The odd bit of teamwork-based light strategy breaks up the action in a satisfying manner. (5) Teammate AI in singleplayer isnt too much of a hindrance. ... CONS: (1) The odd awkward moment can trip up the action, completely ruin immersion. (2) Online co-op can at times be unbearably laggy. (3) Campaign is a bit too short to be worth the price of entry.
