Soul calibur 3
5 Star Review   By member Sircloud9 - May 21, 2006

Strengths: Good graphics and easy to beat Very addictive

This game, although easy, takes monthes to complete. The good thing is that the graphics are good and you can create your own characters! If every game were like this, billions of dollars would be spent a year on video games! In conclusion, buy the game, it's worth more than than what you're paying!

Soulcalibur III
5 Star Review   By member Jebb - Apr 14, 2006

Strengths: Great new mode with Chronicles of the Sword, variety of characters, new create a character

Weakness: Tales of Souls mode a little boring

Soulcalibur 3 is one of those bad, and for lack of better a better word, butt , hardcore, fast action games that is easy enough for players to really get into the game and hard enough to keep the hardcore players interested. The new Chronicles of the Sword mode is AWESOME! The having to create a character and take hime through a war and become the hero of the world is spectacular. For any player who hasn't played any of the previous Soulcalibur games, I highly recomend that you purchase them and play them so that you can get the back ground informationg with the Tales of Souls mode. It could be confusing to someone who doesn't know the past of Soulcalibur.

Soul Calibur 3- great, fun, and exiting, but boring
4 Star Review   By member ThomasElMallakh - Dec 20, 2005

Strengths: SOUL CALIBUR +Large variety of charactrers, great graphics, new features.

Weakness: SOUL EDGE -Chronicles of the Sword mode could have used some work, no storyline, gameplay can get repetative, intrest doesn't hold.

Unless you've played some of the earlier soul games, you probably won't find a very heavy intrest in this game. The new create a character is fun, but gets old, quick. Plus, you can only have up to three characters on one memory card. The Tales of Souls mode is fun, but playing it two times around is enough to get you board. The game has a wide, cool variety of characters and courses, so you can waste time finding the special someone to play as. The Chronicles of the Sword mode is fun, but slow and can get frustrating and challenging. You do the same thing over and over again in every level. There really isn't that much more to talk about this game. I would only recomend it to fans of the series or people who like fighting games. I will give this game a 7/10.

5 Star Review   By member blackpython18 - Nov 12, 2005

Strengths: more powerful weapons in soul calibur 3

Weakness: same boring characters

the best thing is that you get to create your own character and you get to go through new enviorments with a lot better graphics than the original soul calibur games.
