This is a great quality shed.
5 Star Review   By ClaireM on Home Depot - May 28, 2013    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

The shed came in 4 boxes weighing a total of 700+lbs and very hard to handle. The delivery truck came with nothing but a dolly to get them out of the truck, not good for my husband (who has to help) or the single delivery driver. The instructions were not bad, but the downloaded PDF was more helpful, as it included warnings and special notes. It took us (2 adults) 2 days to complete, with a couple of small errors that needed correcting, lengthening our build by a couple of hours. Overall the shed is very well engineered and designed. So far no leaks and the space is all useable and even comes with small shelves to get your stuff off the floor. We are very happy with our purchase.

The product was hard to build
2 Star Review   By Stef on Home Depot - May 23, 2013    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

The product itself once built is fine, but the description does not let on how many pieces there are. Home Depot also does not have people who will come and install this model of shed, so it is definitely a do it yourself kind of project.

Looks great but not strong or tight like my older(10 yr) plastic one
3 Star Review   By none on Home Depot - Feb 12, 2013    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

Looks great but walls bulge if leaned against even a little, rain in wind blew in the end door and the floor is flimsy...everything is cheap these days! but I got a good deal.

Jig Saw Puzzle
4 Star Review   By RonP on Home Depot - Jan 21, 2013    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

My wife and I built the foundation on a Friday afternoon (5 hours) and the assembly of the shed took another 21 hours! I consider myself a few steps above a weekend handyman and I have all of the tools necessary to do this job. This shed comes in 4 boxes on a pallet (pic attached) and is about 4' X 8' and a total of 737 LBS. We built this shed on our land in East Texas in order to store our 4 wheeler and my misc. hunting stuff as well as all of our weekend gear. As all of the other reviews have pointed out, the instructions are laughable. Even the pictures are not clear and sharp so you can see fine details. We printed out a copy and had another on a flash drive. The majority of the screws used are the same size and they were placed in a dozen different plastic packages and were NOT labeled. Yikes! Do not use a power screw driver when installing the skylights along the roof peak. You'll break off the tabs in a heartbeat. If you think you and a helper can do this in 8 hours, double the time and you'll be safe. Finished shed looks great, sturdy, plenty of room and my wife and I are still speaking!

I am very happy with shed
5 Star Review   By Dick on Home Depot - Jan 2, 2013    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

assembled in just over 2 days with one persons help for the walls for a couple hours. the need to think ahead of instructions and read between the lines. I changed ends with the door and one window from side to side for cross flow breeze. I set concrete blocks then treated 4x4's then 3/4 plywood then leveled real well and used plastic plumbers strap for over the shed tydowns for Florida wind. the whole neighborhood came by and liked it.

The quality of the product was good.
4 Star Review   By Bentley on Home Depot - Oct 19, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

I am pleased with the finished product. I think the 2 door feature worked well for my situation. The foundation leaves you with options that the web sites can help with. I used 4x4's , 2x4's for outside frame and 1 inch plywood for the flooring. The foundation took a good part of the morning plus some. The structure took 1 1/2 days two people. The instructions were difficult and require some prior experience with some handyman expertise. My costs for the foundation etc was approximately $450.00 I used all pressure treated wood items. The structure is a decent looking bldg. and handles all my storage needs and then some. It seems weather capable - no leaks. Longevity will be the real test. Here's hoping. Good luck.

Great deal. Great shed. Instructions need improvement.
4 Star Review   By Skullduggery on Home Depot - Sep 3, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

Took off a star due to the vague picture only instructions causing some assembly mistakes. Ordered and received in the time frame listed. Just finished building it, and am happy with the result. The instructions need improvement. The parts being assembled are listed in the manual as 'BBB' for example, but the parts are in a bag labeled 'ZZZ', and the panels are not labeled at all. Mind boggling. I had to back up and disassemble a few times to get things right. The structure was aligned perfectly. The screw holes all lined up, and the roof structure has metal reinforcement. In California, I have no worries about extreme weather conditions harming the shed. I built the shed myself, except for the floor and doors, which required a friend to come over for about 20 minutes each time. I'm 5' 10'', and walk around with no worry of hitting my head anywhere in this thing. My elderly mother wants to live in it.

The installation instructions are horrible
3 Star Review   By topcat on Home Depot - Aug 21, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

The only way we managed to install this shed was to go online and google videos of professionals that had built this shed. the fact that there are only pictures and they are hard to decipher made it almost impossible to build from the instructions that came with the shed. the shed itself now that we've completed it is great.

Love this shed!!!
4 Star Review   By agfs2002 on Home Depot - Aug 12, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

We have been in the market for a shed for a couple of years. We kept going back and forth between plastic and wood, but decided on this one because of the minimal upkeep. The construction of the shed took my husband and son (11) a total of 12 hours spread out over three days. Because the instructions were picture only, there were a couple of parts where it took a little time to figure the step out, but overall not that difficult. The doors at first did not close, but the instructions tell you to shim by the door and that worked well. Loved the fact that it came with a shelf and items to hang lawn supplies with. Overall this shed is a great deal. It looks great, is surprisingly strong and I am sure will last a long time!

The shed is convenient with 2 doors, very neutral in color, appears to have no leak issues, and is spacious.

This shed was exactly what we were looking for. The only difficulty about it was the directions & assembly of it.

should have better instructions
3 Star Review   By Jewels on Home Depot - Aug 3, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

Unless this shed is completely leveled the doors do not shut. Definitely need support under flooring. The little bit of hanging supplies that come with it are worthless. It does seem like a solid shed though. We'll see after next year.

Instuctions don't cover some important details
5 Star Review   By fnfast69 on Home Depot - Jul 31, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

Nice, Good looking well engineered shed. You have to look at some steps of the instructions a few times to understand. The instructions are drawn pictures only and there are a couple of steps that should have a written explanation. Built in 7 hours. I could build another one in 4-5. Be very careful if you are going to use a drill

Great shed after you suffer through the instructions
4 Star Review   By DuallysMom on Home Depot - Jul 30, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

Caution: The instructions are very vague on some steps (i.e. the floor). You would think that the floor would snap together easily like a puzzle but you have to arrange the floor pieces in a specific way to get the shed to work. We tore down the walls and tore apart the floor two different times to get it right. Also, when building the trusses make sure the nuts are on the OUTSIDE of the truss or the roof will not fit into the grooves of the truss (we learned this one the hard way too!) Once finished, I loved it, but putting it together the first time was a chore.

Really good shed for a good price
4 Star Review   By ShedmasterRick on Home Depot - Jul 19, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

You will need a flat foundation to build on. The instructions give you some options. I installed on a concrete slab that was poured just for this purpose. It is a minimum 2 person job. I had my brother help and the wife kept us on task with the instructions. She saved us a lot of time because she would line up the parts as needed so it reduced searching time. The day before I also took all the parts out of the boxes stacked them in like piles and inventoried all the hardware. This saved a lot of time on construction day, plus you will familiarize yourself with the pieces and know if anything is missing. The instructions are international so photos only and not the greatest quality. Not too bad to follow, but we definitely had to pow wow on a couple of items to make sure we did it correctly. Two items come to mind, make sure you use the 8 foot side door as the front and the 15 foot side door as the left side. The other is the doors use different sized poles as the hinge. The larger ones are in the front door (8foot side). Smaller notes, peel protective film off sunlights before install. Easier than after... double check grooves when drilling pilot holes for shudders. There are marks on some of the panels, but not all. It was about a 9 hour day for install. We are both very comfortable using the tools involved and used a manual hand screw driver for almost all the install so we wouldn't strip the polyethylene. Overall, it is exactly what you pay for. Not as strong as a wood shed, but less upkeep. Seems very sturdy.

It's exactly what we wanted
4 Star Review   By Debbie on Home Depot - Jul 17, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

We really like the shed but the instructions were a bear!!! I wish it would have come in White with black trim but the color is very neutal so it works. We really like the two door openings!!! We can use the one entrance for the mower and still be able to have a separate entrance for all of my garden items without having to move the mower each time.

very difficult to put together

The direction are very difficult to follow. The hardware is # differently between the bags the parts come in and direction book. I have built several sheds before. Ihave been working on this shed for 4 days and will be taking it back to Home Depot tomorrow. Also I don't think lt will stand up to a bick wind storm!!!!

Love this Shed
5 Star Review   By SweetShedMcgee on Home Depot - Jul 3, 2012    ( See more reviews from Home Depot )

I shopped around for a while before I decided on this shed. A few things to know before you buy though. First, you need an extra pair of hands. I thought I could handle it alone, but ended up recruiting my neighbor for help. Second, you will need to build a foundation (e.g. wood, concrete, etc.). The instructions mention them, but that's about it (i.e not detailed). I went with a wood frame which ended up adding another couple hundred to the price. Other than that, the instructions are a little vague in general so be prepared to infer, but they're not too bad. We managed to get it completed in one weekend, and most of that time was spent building the frame. The shed by itself could probably be put together in 8 hours or so, if you can interpret the instructions. Its water tight after a few storms and has plenty of room for a riding mower on one side, and all our junk on the other. It also looks great and is as sturdy as can be.
