Spacious and quiet!

I bought this Koolatron for my father after his older model died. He is very pleased with this newer larger model. He likes that there is just a single lid instead of the former split lid; says accessing items is much easier now. He is especially impressed by how quiet it runs compared to his older Koolatron; also, how spacious it is and that it keeps everything sufficiently cold.

Excellent cooling (or heating) power and convenient capacity!

Replaced our aging worn-out Rubbermaid with the Koolatron P85. Dimensions conveniently hold 2L Coke bottles upright, plus all the food we wanted to bring to the beach. Placed frozen meals in bottom, refrigerated foods on top. Frozen meals still frozen after 14 hour drive. Be sure to plug in with arrow pointing to blue dot for cold. Pointed to red by mistake, and quickly proved how HOT interior...

Good unit. However having a 1110 volt adapter is crucial to make the unit really usable.

110 Volt adapter essential. Adapter is really too expensive. Should be sold with the unit.
