Strengths: General modified-trapeze design (shared with PROS15TCB, PRO200-4P, and GG204), very supple leather, quick break in, and Rawlings' reputation.
Weakness: Intimidating cost, weight (potential issue), unproven record for durability.
If you're looking for an 11.5" infielder's glove with the modified trapeze and cost is a major concern, then the Pro Preferred or Heart of the Hide may be better choices. However, if you have a few extra $$$ to spend, the Primo deserves consideration. Objectively, there is no difference in the general pattern, so this is not a major consideration.
The PRM1150T is slightly heavier (5oz) than the PROS15TCB, but the weight difference doesn't seem noticable during play. Also, the PRM1150T is much more supple out-of-the-box, and so the break-in period is much shorter than for the PROS15TCB.
If you're still reading and haven't opted for the less costly models, here comes the more subjective elements. Number 1, this glove just looks/feels great. The oxblood color and Italian leather combine for a look/feel that will have other people wanting to hold/touch it (just so long as they keep their hands out of it!). And, whether it's because of the dual core or the Italian leather, this glove just feels more usable than the other Rawlings models. In time, the PROS15TCB will break in - but the Primo is almost game-ready from day one.
If you're looking for a well-designed, well-constructed infielder's glove, you won't go wrong with any of the Rawlings' models that share the PRM1150T's design. But, if you also want to give yourself a special treat - go with the Primo.

Oh My Lord in Heaven
Strengths: The best glove ever it is amazing. I had a pro preferred and it is nothing compared to this.
Weakness: Had to save up for a year.
Unbelievably comfortable and smooth. It is incredible especially for a middle infielder. The feel is like no other. it is just unbelievable. I love it more than the pro preffered. Just make sure to oil and clean because you will want it to last you for a very very very very very long time.
