WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos
4.5 Star Review  GameZone - Jul 11, 2002

“Heroes arise to challenge fate and lead their brethren to battle.” Thus begins the introduction to the real-time strategy game, Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. An elaborate cutscene sets the tone and draws players into the realm of returning evil and the struggle for two races to move forward, to forsake a homeland and pursue a final stand in a far-away land. While this is a nice premise, there are initial inconsistencies that make the opening a little confusing. The Orcs, lifelong enemies of the Humans, are tasked to rescue their own from Human imprisonment as they begin the exodus.

4.5 Star Review  GameSpy - Jul 2, 2002

When I decided to tackle Warcraft III, I had high expectations. Blizzard's real-time strategy games -- Warcraft and Starcraft -- have always set a standard by which other companies can only hope to aspire. Granted, these games may take a bit longer than usual to develop, but Blizzard's products have always been stronger because of it. Warcraft III is no exception.

Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos
5 Star Review  bonafidereviews.com - Aug 12, 2004

If you play just about any other real-time strategy game for a few hours, you'll quickly realize that the 'strategy' is typically comprised of building up a huge wave of troops to simply overwhelm your enemy through sheer weight of numbers. While that was once considered to be an ideal strategy, it's been shown to be not as effective as it once was. Also, watching it be executed in a game gets really old, really fast. Warcraft III forces the player to use something resembling actual military tactics due to the low cap on the maximum number of units. Properly utilizing, protecting, and replacing your troops in Warcraft III is vital to achieve success. Read more in our review.

Warcraft III ReignChaos
5 Star Review  IGN.com - Jul 2, 2002

So WarCraft III has apparently already pre-sold some ungodly number of copies at this point, so it seems almost beyond the realm of my capacity to have any affect on whether or not most of you will buy the game or not. Regardless, it's my job and I'm opinionated so you all get to read it nonetheless. However, unlike any past reviews I may or may not have done regarding other Blizzard titles, this one probably won't warrant the same amount of hate mail flooding into the office. Yes I like WarCraft III! Sorry to those of you who were just waiting for the opportunity to say mean things about my mother, but you're out of luck. Blizzard has crafted a finely tuned real time strategy game here with production values up the wazoo. There's not a whole lot you can seriously complain about with a straight face, but I'll try anyway. I'm a complainer by trade after all.

WarCraft III
5 Star Review

Strengths: Great detail, graphics, multiplayer, and AMAZING customization.

Weakness: Gameplay can be a bit repetitive at times.

All together this game is perfect for anyone that enjoys stretching their imagination. You can make virtually ANYTHING with the editing capabilities, and the rpg-style game play is perfect for all those that love any kind of rpg game. DEFINITELY reccomended to anyone who loves customization, rpg, multiplayer (which can be turned into co-op), and even single player modes.

5 Star Review   By member VicsIndustrial - Feb 2, 2006

Strengths: EVERYTHING ABOUT THE GAME WAS A STRENGTH. I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT HOW IGNERT ARTHAS WAS TO SAVE HIS PEOPLE.

Weakness: NONE...

This game of Warcraft was in my opinion the best computer game out there. It was a large improvement of the others. I love games that you can control your own units, build buildings with them and attack when you please.I play warcraft hours and hours every day. My favourite teams are the undead and the orcs. I hope Blizzard entertainment creates more Warcraft games in the near future. I don't own the game but borrow it off my friend constantly. I'm looking to buy this game but no stores around me sell it. I like the game Warcraft a lot and will continue playing it because I never get bored of it. The only thing about it is I don't know how to make campaigns in world editor. But I know how to make maps. I love custom games playing on my own maps. campaigns are very hard but I almost beat the game.

This game is a lot of fun. If you liked Warcraft 2 or Starcraft, you'll like it a lot. Free online play on battle.net is great.

5 Star Review   By member hxeartcxore - Oct 25, 2004

Strengths: Everything. Graphics, Multiplayer Online gaming for FREE, Single Player Campaigns, Ranking Ladder, Diverse races with heroes that yield their own unique abilities.

Weakness: The way b.net matches up gamers in online play. (e.g. A very experienced Level 28 many times can be found playing against a not so experienced level 5 in solo play.)

I highly recommend this game to anyone who has not yet had a chance to play it, from the moment I put this game onto my computer I couldn't keep from clicking all the way through the Single Player Campaign. If you like Starcraft, or, Command & Conquer, you'll absolutely love Warcraft III. Also recommended: Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne

Strengths: not many , its a pretty bad game in most ways , but it's kinda fun

Weakness: bad graphics, few battle options , bad audio

I'm not particularly fond of this game , but it's OK i guess it was fun for like the first week i owned it , but i haven't played it since. It prolbably would have been a really good game ten years ago , but I dont know I wasn't really into video games back then. If you like this game, I would recommend age of empires , its pretty much the same thing , only a lot better. I would'nt recommend this game overall its pretty low tech.

5 Star Review   By member Widowmaker_X - Dec 12, 2003

Strengths: A wonderful sequel to the classic Warcraft games, this game includes 2 new races; night elves, humans, orcs, and undead. One of the best stragegy games known to man, (and woman).

Weakness: Well there's the whole fat, naked lady issue. Just kidding, you got excited didn't you? Anyway, there are hardly any problems, just a few minor ones that people get picky over.

Ok. This game is about a newly wedded peasant who believes he can become a real boy and runs around trying to see who fits into the glass slipper, which he breaks after tripping over a small dwarf that was carrying a black cauldron that had some princess sleeping in it, whom had just eaten a bran muffin from the muffin man and the muffin man ate a gingerbread man that was gay. No wait... that can't be right. Oh yeah! Warcraft III (no it is not about 3 craftsman that make war) is the sequel to the ever popular warcraft games. This game is very good and puts the first two warcraft games to shame. It has two new races, the night elves and the undead. With a total of 4 races, this game can last long, why, because i said so, and because there is a variety of different things to do. I won't ramble on and on about every single feature, but i will tell you to go buy it. So what are you waiting for, leave. It is one choice you will be happy with. By the way, I have very good spelinng as you can see.

5 Star Review   By member tyrusumni - Nov 26, 2003

Strengths: This game provides fun for ages of all people. Its best feature would be battle.net because it is never ending fun with the types of different games. Another strength would be the characters.

Weakness: The story lined game is the only really weak point I can think of and it is a great story line still.

The game is well worth the cost for how long it can serve people of ages that are up inthe fortys. Overall i have confidence that if you like roleplay games you will love this one!

4 Star Review   By member Da_cherokee - Jul 24, 2003

Strengths: Extremely impressive graphics, very good story line, great characters. EXCELLENT movies during gameplay to assist story line (its like being at da cinemas!), great vocals, easy controls etc.

Weakness: The superb story line suddenly comes to a halt at the end!! very dissapointing indeed, seems rushed and uncared for, makes you regret getting so worked up about what the ending will be like! hard game

All in all, this game is a must have for those who ever wondered about RTS. If u ever played Warcraft 2 or 1, then this is a must have! the change is exceptional (as can be expected), though the concept remains the same (not a bad thing at all). For the Warcraft nuts out there, there is also the expansion pack (Frozen Throne) which i also have, but have yet to install it!! (i still aint finished Reign Of Chaos). If you like your games simple and straight forward, this is not for you! at times you will be begging for cheats to assist you! and your missions seem impossible to complete (at least in the first try!). The ending however remains the main weakness, and makes you not want to play the game after you have finished it! it includes a great Map Editor (world editor) so you can continue to play after single player quest is complete. I have not tried out the online multiplayer, but judging by other comments, it is a must do also. if you have £20 in your pockets, make sure this game is the reason your money dissapears. 9/10 - Mohammed Hassani. PS, a note to those who say any new game has crap graphics!! it is your graphic card! not the game. although you may think an RTS will not require much, i suggest 64MB VRAM minimum, and have 4 x Antialiasing turned on (you'll see the difference), if your game runs slow with antialiasing, then get a better graphic card. Minimum 800x600 resolution, that way no one can critisise the superb graphics of this game.

Strengths: Very Very nice graphics! Very good choice of heros to play as and a good range of attacks. You can make your own maps and have poeple fight on it with you and against you. You can create dif types!

Weakness: only bad thing is is when you get a pop-up u can't click anywhere and u have to exit the pop-up to continue the game. While on the pop-up it says you lag and after 50 seconds poeple can chose to boot.

VERY NICE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!! I Recomend this product to anyone that likes rpg, fighting, and strategy games. You can do a lot on it and very cheap for this kind of game.

Strengths: war craft III is just an amazing game u don't need the best video card for it graphics are just amazing sounds are graet u don't need to be a pro to play the game its amazing =)

Weakness: if ur computer is slow or u have phone line internet (aol) it lags bnet is sort of cheap and i always face pros when going to random thing that sucks cuz i always loose

amazing game u should buy it if ur into stratagy games and if ur not this game coudl get u to like them!!!!!!!!! over all the graphics rock sound is amazing control very easy anyone could learn and its just a game u can spend hours playing it and not get boored but u need to take breaks if u gotta pee or something u might have to stop if ur hand gets stiff or ur sight goes weird

5 Star Review   By member RyDawg - Apr 20, 2003

Strengths: You can actually use your hero units instead of isolating them in a bunker in the back of your base like in star Craft. If a hero dies, just ressurect them. 4 races. You actually have to use Strategy.

Weakness: If you don't have a top of the line machine it lags. If your a long time Star Craft player it will take you a little longer to master this game.

Over all it's a very well made game.(what do you expect it's Blizz) You have to use your head to play and you can't build 10 thousand units. Yea like i said it's a good game.

4 Star Review   By member sgthalka - Mar 13, 2003

Strengths: Extremely well-balanced multiplayer. Requires REAL strategy in battles and planning. No Age-of-Empires-swarm-'em-with-swordsmen-and-look-away. All races have unique units.

Weakness: Single-player storyline is lousy. Just a rehash of "Lord of the Rings" over and over -- good guy wants to win so bad, he corrupts himself to gain power to beat his enemies. Replay plot for every race.

Warcraft III is an RTS that's ALL about your fighting skills. If you love civ-building like Civ III or Age of Empires, this ISN'T the game for you. Gathering gold and wood and expanding your territory isn't the focus, like it is in Age of Myth/Empires. If you love micromanaging battles, you'll love WCIII. If you just like to build civs and watch your pretty towns flourish, skip WCIII and get Stronghold: Crusader. lots of pretty castle building in that one.

This is a must buy if your into Real Time Strategy games. You will not regret getting this. It requires a lot of thinking and it is LOTS of fun!

Strengths: Excellent Graphics, Sounds, Lagless, and Outstanding story plus no internet fee's for playing on B.Net!

Weakness: Blizzard needs to prevent people from hacking on B.Net!

Diffidently worth the buying if you are a huge fan of Blizzards game like Starcraft, Diablo, and others. Can't wait until they come out with the expansion pack set for Warcraft III!

Strengths: graphics, sound, the hero thing(really cool)

Weakness: to many strategy, and i hate the random play, because they always make me play with an expert and lose(of course) that's really sucks and pissed me off.

the graphics are awesome, it's look really complicated at first, but you'll used to it, and it's fun, but the game is for too many strategies, it's not like starcraft the bgh that you make like 1000 zergs and attack in 10 min. the money in this game is hard to get, and it's really expensive, you'll have to expand like every 15 min

Strengths: Good Graphics, Interactive Terrain, a blast to play multiplayer.

Weakness: No random map (I understand why), the worst ending to a game ever created by the likes of man

Graphics are great even on low end machines (at a sacrifice of beauty). I tested this game out on a 11mb video card machine and still it looks almost as good as my Nvidia Geforce 4 Titanium. The game is literally lagless with 128 megs of ram (tested on same machine with sucky video card). Not to mention all but 1 or 2 multiplayer games have maps created by users being played, some are a blast, some suck, deal with it. Hands down, a must buy for any strategy gamer. Some problems, nothing serious, my biggest discouragement is nobody cares about heroes, people use them, but when it comes to them dying it is none too tragic, they can be ressurect with items and levels in hand. This makes it less balanced for heroes are much more powerful then normal units, yet losing your level 10 Demon Hunter is almost like losing a single wisp (lowly construction unit). But most players will get past that in a short amount of time. It addresses also the common "early-on-rush" and the game itself is none too tactical, but still a great game. Most players will find even Easy AI (with latest patch difficulty setting) a huge challenge, with the AI frequently cheating on the food limit and definitly selecting more than than allowed selection limit at a time. This is a fun game, a instant classic and for most a must buy, but if your looking for a deep, challenging tactical strategy game this may not suit you.

Strengths: Awesome graphics, gameplay and strategy. Oh yes, did i mention free multiplayer with up to 7 others?

Weakness: Too many newbies trying to play ladder when they didnt even have beta :[. Storyline predictable. Other than that its all good

All races are fairly balanced, and Blizzard will keep realeasing patches untill every aspect of each race is even. The end-mission movie is excellent quality. Single Player is pretty fun, with the player getting to explore and know each race more in every new mission. Multiplayer is even better! Me and my friends play all the time and it is just great. Team Ladder makes it even better since now you that your with friends against undoutably tough competition instead of getting stuck with newbies in regular team games. Being a fan of Blizzard games for a long time, Warcraft 3 definetly takes RTS gaming up a notch. To sum it up, war3 is the best RTS out there! PS: asdfdsaas, from NY- please stop posting about your 9/11 related problems, in your review you had the word 9/11 listed about 10 times and how can you even compare an act of terrorism to a RTS game? I think you should stop writing reviews if all you intend to do is write crap about 9/11. Theres other forums for those topics, I suggest you go to one, or visit a psychiatrist. I mean come on, that happened over a year ago.

Strengths: Best RTS Ever! Nice balance of units. Unlimited multiplayer capabilites with Battle.net

Weakness: Not enough time in a day!

This is hands-down one of the best strategy games out there. Basically, it's an AWESOME GAME!!! =D Everything about this game is great: the story, the graphics, and the multiplayer. If you like RTS games, you gotta have this in your computer!

Strengths: This game has excellent graphics, excellent multiplayer(free battle.net), and excellent tactical gameplay. The food limit forces players to use in-battle tactics by removing the incentive for using

Weakness: mass unit rushes. The well balanced units also prevent the mass unit strategy. I ran out of space for strengths.

The Single player can keep someone entertained for hours. I can easily defeat up to 3 allied computers in Starcraft on the custom game setting, and on this I couldn't beat one alone the first time I played. The four well-balanced races allow one to find the race that fits them, and the campaigns force proficiency in all. The multiplayer is spectacular- the ladder game setting places you with people of your skill level, and there are excellent clans out there. Definately. If I were you, I would go out and buy this game yesterday.

Strengths: Sound is terrific. Extreme attention to detail. Great multiplayer. Decent single player (even though its predictable). Battle.net version is easy to use and promotes teamwork.

Weakness: Graphics are a little dated, and engine is a bit laggy for low end machines. Not as much depth as StarCraft but still an improvement.

The game is fun. Often we judge a game too much be how much ground breaking material it has or how many new graphical improvements or technical advancement it makes compared to other games but sometimes a game can make up for all of that just by shear addictiveness and that is exactly what WarCraft III does to you. Even though the single player doesn't pull you in too much the multiplayer does. If you've played on b.net and felt the rush of crushing an opponent into the ground or making a phenomenal comeback you know most other games can not give you that feeling. Even in defeat you can learn something from your mistakes and take tips from the greats to improve your game. The friendly competitive atmosphere that b.net builds for all of blizzard games is that makes what WarCraft III what it is. Crazy stunt strategies, guiding newbies, bowing to the pros, and matching up against your friends. Its all in good fun, and I'm positive that you will not regret it if you purchase this game. -Ledi-

Strengths: Great Graphics, Good hero system, 4 balanced teams, Challenge on Battle.net

Weakness: Repetitves sounds aknowlegement (like almost every RTS). Maybe too difficult for people who are new in the genre. The guys who stole my Cd-Key...

I played since the game went on shelves and I must say that Blizzard did another good job. The Upkeep is a new system created to limit units and is not a weaknesses in self but I don't like that. Same thing for the 90 units max; it make the game almost only axed on Heros and not on strategic epic battles that we got in Warcraft II. The single player campaign is addictive but certain dialogues are not so good, but not so bad too... Musics, battles sounds and environement sound are well done. The only problem about this game is the incridible number of bugs (but not as high as NeverWinter Nights). I recommend this game to every RTS fans.

Strengths: Multiplayer can be fun. Very nice graphics

Weakness: The single player campaign is very lacking.

Blizzard's newest title is definately fun, and more than worth the money, but it doesn't equal up to its previous titles. The multiplayer aspect is its strength, as always with Blizzard games. The only problem is the single player. It is fun, but very predictable and far from groundbreaking. The plot is very cliche'd and has been done before. The dialogue also seems to have been written by a 8-year-old, for other 8-year-olds. I fail to understand how people praise the single player campaign so highly. The game is definately worth the money if you're buying it for the multiplayer aspect, but if you're a singleplayer only gamer, then you'll likely be very dissapointed.

Strengths: New and Improved Battle.net**Amazing 1 player campaign**Awesome new Graphics engine

Weakness: If you have an older computer your screwed

I find it amazing how so many reviews are done by people who seem to have only scratched the surface of a game. Many times they miss key points that a truly dedicated gamer craves. But, I will now step off my soapbox and proceed with a review of Warcraft III. When I first installed it it was flying at about 2 frames a second. I looked at the box and found that my system had the minimum requirements covered and that was about it. So I installed it on my other faster computer and when it ran like it was supposed to run it blew me away. I immediately started the 1 player game and 3 hours later when I came up for air I was hooked. I did not even start playing on battle.net until after I was done with the campaign. I was so enthralled by having to find out what was going to happen next that I just had to get to that next cut scene. The scenes at the end of the races campaigns were awe inspiring (especially the Orc campaign). Then I went on-line to test my skills against other people. The revamped battle.net system is great. It gives you the freedom of entering the list area, much like starcraft, but also gives you the right to play ladder matches right away. Their complex level matching system will almost always match you with another opponent who won't be too easy or to hard. Blizzard is also taking a strong stance against hacks which, in my opinion, ruined starcraft. In short this game is a well thought out piece of work that deserves more then just a look.

Strengths: Improved maintenance through focus on game heros, cool 3d graphics, expanded races.

Weakness: Battle.net dumbed down to the point I couldn't find anything on it. Maintenance could still be improved. Story predictable.

As a warcraft2 & starcraft fan, I was happy to start playing the new warcraft3. While there were special units in starcraft, WC3 now makes them hero characters which can improve with experience and pickup pieces. Was fun building up new abilities and deciding what parts to keep in the bag. Have played through the human campaign, and if you played starcraft, you know whats going to happen. (I won't spoil it otherwise). Also, spell casting units can have an auto-cast, which is cool, but if there's two candidates for auto-cast, you can only have one active at a time. IE: elves could boost fighting abilities for other units during battle, but switch to healing after. Also, it takes two clicks to select a single unit from a group, the first click only shifts the focus to that unit type. This takes some unlearning from WC2 and SC days. Lost a few griffin fighters getting over this. Finally, got on Battle.net and tried to find a multiplayer game. Couldn't. There's no listing anymore. You have to put in parameters for the type of game you'd like and then sit and wait to see if anything comes back from your search request. Nothing ever did. Maybe back in the beta days when there was tons of people playing only a few types of games, things were more active, but now it just seems dead. Also, the presets seem to leave out the option for 5v3 & 6v2, players toast on the computer type games we used to play. Alas. I'll finish the single player. Its fun. But not ultimate.

Strengths: Great Hero System, awesome graphics, gameplay focus on battles and using your units, not only managing resources. Single player is the best I've seen in a RTS game, Battle.net couldn't be easier.

Weakness: If I thought there were any I wouldn't be writing this. It's a little tough on slower systems, though.

As someone who played this game since the Beta test, I don't think it's possible to give this game too high a rating. I played several hundred multiplayer games on Battle.net during the beta, so I couldn't wait to see the single player campaigns. Blizzard has once again worked some sort of magic formula and come up with their best story yet, told from the perspectives of all 4 of the game's unique races. The story is illuminated with well-directed in-engine cutscenes which appear at the beginning and end of each mission, and sometimes mid-mission. The cinematics, all seven of them, are truly movie-quality- watch out Final Fantasy, you can't beat this. The unique hero system provides players who can micromanage well enough with units that, when employed properly, can make or break any battle. In single player they are the main characters; on Battle.net, they are the backbone of any good army. I've seen good players with two or three heros destroy entire armies with just their heros, and then proceed to tear apart their enemies' bases. This game really separates players by skill in handling multiple bases and an army of mixed unit types, rather than just measuring how fast a player can mass units. The game is well balanced and has come a long way since the start of the beta. Battle.net is easy to use, and it's easy to find people of a similar skill level to play. The graphics and sound are both stellar. There's no excuse not to buy this game.

Strengths: To even suggest that this game has a strength is an insult to every man woman and child after 9/11.

Weakness: Taking into account what happened after 9/11, the weakness's of this game are plenty.

It seems that since are world has changed after 9/11, it is surprising that such a violent game would ever be produced. I mean, havn't we learned are lessons from 9/11? After 9/11 we shouldnt promote terroism, and this is exactly what this game does. Oh, I dont have any proof of this, or evidence, or even a point, but I'm just saying that since 9/11 happened no one should buy this game. I did however give this game a rating of 5 stars because it is really fun to play. In fact, I bought about 6 copies for my family... but as the old saying goes... "a bird in the palm is worth 10 in the shrubberies..." oh wait, is it ... " a pigeon in the tree is worth 10 in the bush", well i don't know.. just trust me when I say, "9/11", "9/11", "9/11", "9/11", ok?

Strengths: **Hero Upgrade/Inventories **4 Clan diversity (much like StarCraft) **Great in game colors, great video's and story line.

Weakness: **Looks very similar to the engine from Battle Realms. Has the same game play, this game would have been awsomely impresive if it had come out a little sooner.

Hero upgrades can turn a battle as they can be equiped with 6 inventory items. Including health, and mana potions, srolls of skills, and tombs that permantly upgrande your hero. 3 hero's per face, quite cool. The 4 differant races are totaly differant, you remember the zerg creep, or the protoss warping of building, and how they were unique, well WC3 does the same, making the game totally cool. I first I though that it was going to be just unuther strategy game when I first jumped in, but the more I played the better and more endepth things got. I had to learn each clan over, just as in SC, with things such as only the humans can have multiple peasants workning on a building at the same time. I have finished the game and the story line is crAzy cool, starting with orc for the proluge then jumping to humans then to one of the crazy new clans, the undead are a great clan to go around and RE-USE their slaughterd enemies or even there own dead warriors. The story line just keeps on going and keeps you playing. Im usually just a multiplayer kinda guy, but when there was no battle.net (of couse) i played the single player, and was hooked. There is way to much to talk about here, I recommend that everyone MUST pick up a copy when it hits the streets. The only real draw back is dont expect the game to have killer in-game graphics, play a round of Battle Realms, and you'll know exaclty how they are going to look. BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT - or email me for a copy. JJ

Strengths: the vector graphics are amazing as are the colors

Weakness: AI is kinds sketchy at points

the game is spectacular, my friend snagged a copy of it from a "friend" and we have played almost the entire time since we received it. The multiplayer is kicka55, and the gameplay is full 3D motion. I have a set of klipsch 5.1 and the sound that this game puts off is wet your pants good, sets u right in the game. and the animation and colors in the game are amazing, extremely vibrant and spectacular. The in game movies are totally realistic as well. can neone say "final fantasy". u can totally see the emotion on the face of the orc as he swings his huge a55 hammer, and the saliva drip from his lip, and the fire effect coming off the demon is spectacular as well. This is gonna be one of the best of the year for strategy for sure. Even though i have it already, this is such a good game, i am gonna go buy a copy just to have the box when it comes out two weeks from now, i reccomend it to everyone who reads this review.

Strengths: This is by highly going to be the best stragey games one the year. With 2 new races, any warcraft fan should buy!!!

Weakness: Let me think of some..........then ill get back to you!!!

I do not have the game yet (only cuz its not out yet till onther month and a half) but i played the downloaded the beta demo and it is way cool. I knew it was going to be good but not this good. it has 2 new races night elevs and the undead, plus the original orcs and humans. This game has lots of new multiplayer add ons that i promise you that u would be playing it online more than the story mode. Any blizzard fan has to get this. And do like i did and preorder it now cuz when it comes out on the shelves there wont be any left the next day!!! You might think that 53 dollars is a lot for a computer game but it aint at all. The sellers have to make a little higher than others cuz everyone is going to buy this game even is it was $100..........sooo wtf are u waiting for and go order it now!!!!!!

Strengths: graphics, gameplay, 5 races to learn and enjoy

Weakness: minor bugs and tweaking during beta phase, after owning it for one year, it has lost some appeal. A very good game which relies too much on micromanagement.

This game is sweet. Blizzard/Havas has done it again. This game will be pretty bug-free by the time it is released. Warcraft 2 was great. Starcraft is/was incredible. Warcraft 3 goes to the next level. MUST BUY. This is the only worthy successor to starcraft/broodwars. This is a very good game. I still believe it doesn't have the same balance and appeal starcraft/brood wars has/had.
