In 2009, the audio from gig was finally released as a stand-alone CD. Coming off a string of the group's biggest hit albums (MOVING PICTURES and SIGNALS), Rush is in top form, blasting through a tight, energetic set of prime `80s material ("Spirit of Radio," "New World Man," "Distant Early Warning") and a few choice hard rockin' numbers from the `70s ("Temples of Syrinx," "In the Mood"). Although GRACE UNDER PRESSURE TOUR LIVE finds the band fully and successfully integrating keyboards into its formerly guitar-based sound, there is no shortage of rock edge, and all three members' legendary instrumental virtuosity is on prominent display.
