|Yoox is the worst company I have ever dealt with re customer service. 3-day return processing promised, it has been 10 and still no refund. Several agents have outright lied and said it was done, but then I found it not the case - over and over. No email replies, no call backs. They owe me ~$2000, and I have no idea when I will get it. Buyer beware!!!||
