Items that they told me AFTER I ordered and paid were on back order were delivered under a tracking number for the wrong blinds. My tracking stated my Roman blinds were shipped, in fact I never received them, just the blinds I was told would and did not ship because they were on back order. EVERY ship track # was for a different item then described. I wanted to stop the roman blind order but didn't because it was manufactured already, when in fact it was not and I could have changed that order. I spent close to $900.00 on custom items I am stuck with and they cannot seem to tell me what will be in the shipped boxes! Are you kidding me!!!! since the order date, I have only received 2 of 6 items Overall Rating

No, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered 4 blinds from them and since hanging them and using them for my kitchen and bedroom I am very disappointed in the quality. They are very cheaply made and after a while the they will only raise on one side and the blinds come apart from the cords. I will never purchase from them again. Overall Rating

We have returned the shades but cannot get a response for their customer service representative who had instructed how to return the shades but then seemed to disappear. Overall Rating

I worked for over an hour to try to place an order using Amazon Payments. The site just said "Processing ... this may take a minute or two." But it never finished processing. I called Amazon Payments and a very nice man helped me through this. It turns out that your website did not like Safari, and didn't say so anywhere that I could see. That's not very user friendly. Please revise website so that it works to the end with Safari. Thank you. Overall Rating

I placed an order and received it in a timely manner. Unfortunately the quality of the product was poor. I didn't expect a lot because I paid so little but I expected the blinds to at least operate. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach Select Blinds by phone but have been unsuccessful. The wait time has always over 10 minutes. Once that 10 minutes hits I lose patience and hang up. I have placed another order and hope this one is of better quality. Overall Rating

Since this is the first time I have used SelectBlinds, I am hoping that the sample they sent me for color choice is correct, because the on-line the color looks nothing like the sample. I would be sick, if I got my order and then they were the wrong color. I will let you know!! Overall Rating

Seems to be an excellent selection; a little confusing on what is included and the difference from entry level to premium.... not including name brands.looked at , HD and lowes. this seemed to be the best price. if they are still offering buy 3 get the 4th free... enjoy. but they should be offering it over the entire order. since they do not honor this, i am creating multiple order in 4-5 to recreate the discount. Very annoying website - irritating pop-ups, difficult ordering, "print order" button resulted in printing color ads and other crap when all that was req'd was the order details. I don't remember this website being so bad when I ordered previously. All I wanted to do was to order several blinds of the same type. The site kept sending back to where I had to select between shades and blinds, types of blinds, etc. Overall Rating
