Kaytee is Poor Quality

Kaytee makes poor quality animal food. Most of the rabbit mixes contain foods that rabbits can not eat like corn. They have been known to have products kill small animals. I found a fencing staple in my rabbit's timothy hay. I contacted the company and they were rude. I bought one more bag and found a piece of red plastic rope in the food. My Guinea Pig did not like this

I agree with some of the other reviewers who rated this somewhat low as this hay is very inconsistant with the quality of hay they put in the bag. My past piggies loved Kaytee brand. My Guinea Pig that I have now does not like it. I was wondering why he wasn't eating his hay. I read other reviews on why their pigs were not eating it as well.
