I clean his box everyday and it is easy and I never even have to scoop around for doodoo or even look at it. It also conceals the odor incredibly well. I even use the slide out scoop as a scoop for the fresh litter to sprinkle on top of the old litter. It comes apart easy so emptying all of the litter is simple. My cat is bigger than average and it is not too small for him. Every person with a cat should own one of these. It even makes a short appearence in the tv show Sons of Anarchy.

Really nice, but...

I just received this a few days ago, in the smaller size, and think it's an awesome product. It works exactly how it says, but I'm having some issues with my litter sticking to the bottom of the pan. I use the Swheat Scoop litter, and perhaps it's only a litter issue, but when my cats urinate, the clump of litter becomes super stuck. I just received this a few days ago, in the smaller size, and think it's an awesome product. It works exactly how it says, but I'm having some issues with my litter sticking to the bottom of the pan. I use the Swheat Scoop litter, and perhaps it's only a litter issue, but when my cats urinate, the clump of litter becomes super stuck. I wasn't noticing it at first, either, since the bottom is on top once you roll it. So, I still had to scoop a little, at least to loosen everything, and have to kind of gently pound on the bottom, to make sure everything gets unstuck. It's kind of annoying, but I love that it cuts down on litter scatter from the "regular" type of box they had before, and that I can empty the waste right into the litter locker. I'll try another litter next time and maybe that will help with the "sticking" issue. Also, I think the useable area could be a tad bigger.

This is my second rock and roll cat box and I love it! I've tried others but the mess is unbelievable. Clean up is so easy. Roll it, rock it back and all the clumped litter is in a little drawer you just pull out and dump in the trash. Just remember to watch the litter level and add fresh litter to replace what is dumped. Roll it, rock it back and all the clumped litter is in a little drawer you just pull out and dump in the trash. Just remember to watch the litter level and add fresh litter to replace what is dumped. Also, I clean mine out once a month completely to make sure stuff doesn't get caked in the grill vents. But it easy with the hose. Great product. So glad I found it again.

Be prepared for your cat to do its business on the floor beside the box. At first look you may not realize why but after using it, you will regret it's purchase. By using this box, you ROLL it over to remove the clumps and waste. Therefore, intentional or not, you will be rolling your cat's waste all the way around the inside of this litter box. Now ask yourself a question. Would you go inside a box to do your business if you had waste hanging above your head? Well your cat sure won't. Unless you want your cat to hang itself outside the hole to do it's business all over the floor, I do not recommend purchasing this product. If you have the need to enclose your litter box, simply put a cover on a normal one and scoop it the same. You may not like it as much as the idea behind this product, but I'm sure it's better that cleaning the floor.
