The sprayer provides fast, continuous application that helps penetrate those deep-down stains and odors.Directions:1. Remove sprayer from side holder. Gently pull tubing out. 2. Remove seal from top of cap. 3. Securely snap the red plug into the hole on cap. 4. Remove plastic tab near bottom of handle to activate batteries. 5. I was so happy with this product I put it on my couch and I went out when I came back all the stains where gone and the smell was barely there and my puppy had peed a lot on it love this product

best cleaner I've ever used! Even after having carpets professionaly cleaned, they couldn't get the stains out. I used it on those areas, took all the old stains out..it's as if they were never there now :-)

Redesigned Sprayer WORKS!!
I used to only buy the 1.5 gal when the cost per ounce was lower than for the gallon (which was frequently), then removed the AA batteries from the USELESS sprayer that was total junk & never (not ONCE) worked right -and I have bought this product a dozen times. They have FINALLY redesigned the sprayer and IT IS FUNCTIONAL! It's actually even GOOD! It has the option for more of a stream or spray,...

Great Product
This works great for me. I even use my carpet cleaning machine to extract extra solution for shorter drying time on recent accidents. Other cleaners leave sticky residue in my carpet that attracted dirt & my dogs went back to that spot again. Do check for color fastness. I haven't had a problem with that but a friend took the color out of her carpets with it.

Great For Cat & Dog Stains!
I've used multiple formulas for this product and the original version continues to be my preference for my pet cleaning needs (we have three cats, one dog, and usually a foster dog). It doesn't work as well as Simple Green for cat urine, but it doesn't have the strong chemical scent either. It works well on hard wood, wool and synthetic rugs.
