I saw this product on the stores . com and tried it. I only had to spray it once or twice when he was about to act aggressive towards other dogs. He looked at it... eyes wide open and went to a sit or lay down position. So i upped the anti after a few days... we went to a parade with tons of other dogs around. All i had to do was pull the red can out... or if he got a quick glance, because he never will make eye contact with it, and he behaved. Finally have been able to get him use to being around other pups without the aggression. Thanks guys!

It makes a loud but not overpowering hissing noise. The second time, he didn't jump but he did stop barking. We did this 6 times and we are now at the point where when he sees the can and I say "quiet" he stops. This product is amazing! I have tried beeping collars but they always terrified him. This has no long lasting effects. He just stops barking and then continues sniffing the yard or playing or greeting company. The Corrector is a welcome relief after 10 years of almost constant barking. I will recommend it to everyone I know for dog training.

Pet Corrector is a fabulous way to train your dog to stop barking. Now don't get me wrong...dogs bark. It's a natural reaction to many things, but when they just stand there and bark for absolutely no reason, it tends to get very annoying. With Pet Corrector, we only had to use it a few times before he got the message. Once I even sprayed it from the other room and he stopped....but now we only have to spray it once in a while....he's learning to behave himself. He barks when necessary, but not so much just to hear himself any more. Great and safe training tool to help teach them right from wrong. I definately recommend Pet Corrector.

pet corrector

very effective but the secret is consistent use. i say the word 'quiet' when i give the spurtz sound then praise my dog when she quiets. have to repeat it 1 to 2 times if there is a irristable stimulant like a cat or playing kids passing by, It Works !!!

Great Product

I reordered this product after using it. It works great, the dog really responds to the use of this little red can. It only took a couple of times to train the dog not to go near the street. I also used it to train her to not jump up. Would recommend this product highly.
