The collar was easy to use and the accompanying dvd was very explanatory. The dog immediately responded to the mild correction. The barking problem has been solved!

It would not hold a charge. I had to return it. I will try another product in the future.

This product is GREAT

I bought this for my 7 month old German Shepherd. He had a problem jumping on people when they came to our home. It only took 2 times of the beep and now he does not jump. He will greet someone at the door and sit. We didn't want to get the old "shock" one. GREAT PRODUCT.

Effective and Humane

Our dog is very well behaved, but he sometimes begs for food and jumps on visitors out of excitement. He also cannot be trusted to be outside off-leash because his beagle nose controls his every move. We got this collar to use over the holiday break while we visited family, and it was the best pet purchase we've ever made. Our dog is very well behaved, but he sometimes begs for food and jumps on visitors out of excitement. He also cannot be trusted to be outside off-leash because his beagle nose controls his every move. We got this collar to use over the holiday break while we visited family, and it was the best pet purchase we've ever made. Just one click of the beep button alerts our 1.5 year old beagle/shepherd that he is misbehaving. He stopped begging almost completely during our visit, even with 30 family members around all eating food. If we pushed it when a new guest arrived, he immediately sat down on his bed or blanket and waited for the person to enter before greeting them, and even then he didn't jump up. We decided that it was going so well we would try the collar outside, and sure enough as soon as he started to try to wander, we pushed the button and he was right by our side. We've had this for about 2 months now and it has significantly improved our dog's obedience. HIGHLY recommended.

When trying to stop her, it became a game with her and made her do it all the more. Someone suggested a collar that would get her attention. I ordered the Pet Tags trainer and saw immediate results the first time. All I have to do now is say "leave it" and she stops. Now instead of keeping her head to the ground looking for wood, she out running through the woods as she did previously. A great product!!
