LOVE this crate!
I have never purchased a crate before so I wasn't sure what to expect. This crate has exceeded my expectations! It was really easy to assemble and came with a free video download on crate training. The divider it came with allowed us to buy the size we will need with she is full grown, but only use the space necessary while she's still little. overall good value
Although the box was intact, maybe this got beat up in shipping. When we unfolded it to assemble, some of the edges didn't line up and the one door won't open and close. We don't use that door so it isn't a big deal. I'm sure it could be bent to work, we just didn't try yet.
