The 2nd cat used it shortly thereafter. I couldn't wait to try the rolling action and it worked amazing! So much easier than scooping for 5 minutes to get it all! All 3 of my cats are using it now and it gets cleaned 2 or 3x each day because it is so easy to do. Wish I found this years ago!

Best Litter Box ever!

Strengths: Easy do clean, never touch the litter.

Weakness: None

Have used other types of litte boxes in the psat. This is the best. Easy to clean, keeps litter in box, little or no smell. Only draw back is one has to keep enough litter in box or waste when clumping will stick to bottom. When you turn the box to empty you just need to hit the bottom real hard with you hand and it falls free.

Omega Paw vs. Littermaid

I have owned a few littermaids. Eventually each one broke. I have had one Omega Paws for several years. Because of Osteo Arthritis I cannot bend very far so I have the Omega Paws on a very large plastic container. I have never opened the clips, NO REASON TO! Just roll it over and slap the bottom. Any cling immediately comes loose. Yes there is a bit of leakage but since the lid of the plastic...

Yes there is a bit of leakage but since the lid of the plastic container has a ridge the loose material is confined and is easily vacuumed.Some users have complained that the lumps are too large to go through the grate. They are not supposed to! It must be assembled incorrectly.I have six cats who sleep and eat here. There is a cat door and four do their thing outside. Two use the Omega Paw, one of those was semi-feral when he discovered that there was a reliable source of good food through the cat door. He has become thoroughly at home. Uses the Omega paws regularly, eats, and snuggles in my lap.

The greatest litterbox i've seen!

We had 4 littermaid litterboxes for 4-5 yrs now. Two just broke. So we tried this one in large cause our cats are 9 -16 lbs. Great prodiuct. Can't wait for the other 2 littermaids to break. It works as advertised. We have 5 cats so I decided to buy two more & got the free shipping.

Works good

Assembly was simple. Cats like and use it. Fairly easy to clean. Assembly and use instructions are more than adequate. Not very attractive, but what litter box is?
