I liked the idea of a little more freedome for sniffing about and such, but hee is fully capable of getting around the collar to reach his backside. After fits and starts - his neck is "medium" which is WAY too small for his body and size. The "large" as designed slides right over his head. I use a martingale collar for him so that doesn't work with the loops as designed on the collar. Ended up with a regular soft Ecollar and a shoelace to keep it on his head. In all - spent over $80 to get to what has been normal practice for years. No need to reinvent the wheel.

Very disappointed

I bought this collar thinking it would be a great, comfortable alternative to the traditional plastic cone. The first collar I brought home had a leak and deflated in 10 minutes. When I brought it back to the store, the sales person said "that's no surprise-it's pretty common with this collar"! I exchanged it anyway and the second collar stayed inflated but it did nothing to prevent my dog from...

When I brought it back to the store, the sales person said "that's no surprise-it's pretty common with this collar"! I exchanged it anyway and the second collar stayed inflated but it did nothing to prevent my dog from getting at her front paw. I brought it back and bought a "soft cone" which has worked like a charm.

Very Dissapointed

My dog hates the cone, so my Vet recommended the Pro Collar. I cannot tell you how dissapointed I am in this product. I have bought and exchanged, up to 3 collars, all of which would not hold air. I was stressed enough that my dog needed surgery, to also have the added stress of an unreliable product did not help me.

You are supposed to attach your dog's REGULAR collar to the inflatable one. Not just put the inflatable one on him. If your dog can get out of his REGULAR collar, then you have an even bigger problem!
