Strengths: Gear reviews, great hiking suggestions: some w/maps, great adventure stories.
Weakness: No articles on how to make stuff, rather than buy.
This mag gets you excited and motivated to hike and backpack. Love it! I only wish the mag was cheaper and thereby more excessible to all. Only critisium is that I wish there were articles on how to make backpacking equipment rather that all the reviews on high priced gear.
