No parts to lose
Moved several times with this shelving. Takes a few minutes to take apart and to put back together. No bolts or nuts to lose. Good, simplistic and rugged design.

Great Shelves -- had initial problems with 4 units
I bought 4 of these shelves in January. Because of health problems I did not start to assemble them until May. I bought 4 of these shelves in January. Because of health problems I did not start to assemble them until May. Much to my surprise I could not get the wire decking to lay down on the top and bottom shelves. Measuring the end frames I found that they were 1/4 inch narrower at the top and bottom than they were between the horizontal braces. I called Edsal customer service and they shipped me 8 end frames at their expense. Once received, the shelves went together very easily (I recommend using a rubber mallet) and I am now completely satisfied. This must be a known problem with some of these units (hopefully corrected now) since customer service never asked me for documentation on my purchase. They did ask me to send pictures and measurements. I am sure it was not cheap for them to send me 200 pounds of steel via freight delivered to my house. There is a cross support that you must install in the center of each shelf. The instructions tell you to put the bolt in from the top. This leaves the exposed bolt end and nut as something to catch your hand on when putting things on the shelves. I got 1/4 inch lock washers and ran the bolts up from the bottom side so that the pan head bolts would not be a problem. This takes a little effort since it is not the easiest to get your fingers in there with the nut. I would have given this 5 stars if I had not had the problems to start with.

Holds 34 gal containers perfectly.
I purchased two units. The directions were a bit confusing. The first one took awhile to put together; we kept trying to adjust the alignment not realizing that the holes (on vertical/sides) were slightly off. The second shelf was a snap to assemble. This product is sturdy, and freed up the floor space I needed in my garage. I'm very happy with my resutls.

Great shelving unit. Very sturdy. Assembly not for beginners.
Shelving unit is what I expected - sturdy steel rack, wide shelves, lots of storage space. Assembly can be a challenge for a beginner for it takes strength and know how to assemble the unit. I bought 2 so I had to hire an individual to put it together for me.

Worth the money
This is a sturdy shelving unit. Plenty of room. Easy to assemble. The instructions could have been clearer.
