The DC927KL is designed with a three speed, all metal transmission and offers settings at 0-450 rpm, 0-1,500 rpm, and 0-1,800 rpm. It also allows for speeds at 0-7,650 bpm, 0-25,500 bpm, and 0-30,600 bpm. This ergonomically styled hammerdrill features a unique 1/2 inch, self-tightening chuck with superior gripping torque while you work and 22 clutch settings for increased control. Phenomenal Hammerdrill

As fast as these drills are moving off the shelves, I am surprised to not see any other reviews here. I got mine at my local Home Depot, which is the only place I shop for tools.
