Worked for less than a week

Customer service only wants to blame installation. Beware! Funny thing is it works when the water is hot but not when it's cold. Touch system needs more work but Delta customer service is disgraceful.

I use it at my food prep sink

I have this faucet in the SS finish. It came with the soap dispenser. The finish is easy to clean and does not spot up like some stainless steel finishes. Poor quality, you will regret buying this!

We have had this kitchen faucet for less than six months and it is falling apart internally, the magnetic docking receptacle is coming apart from the metal part of the faucet. We paid to have a plumber install it and now we will have to pay again to have it replaced. Good concept, poor execution.

Save Your Money!

I must say Delta did pull me in with their marketing and catchy song, but in reality their Touch2O technology has serious problems. After it was installed it worked for about three days and now it works about 1% of the time. Granted, it still works as a regular faucet, but I paid a lot of money for this top of the line product, and I also had to pay a plumber to install it. Save yourself some $$$...
