Bought mine in 2007 (when it was $35). Keep it in my car center console all year. Batteries maintain charge and light stays bright in all temperature ranges I’ve experienced. Yellow coloring is easier to see in the dark. It’s a Surefire, so it’s practically indestructible, even for a plastic light.

I like it,but
Was a gift through another vendor for Christmas 2009. Switch quit working Thanksgiving 2010. The vendor could not replace it. I was delighted to find it at Home Depot. Switch has failed to work once , but may have been due to weak battery. The quality of this product does not match the price.
