Pro spec for a competitive price
Strengths: The materials are as found in much more expensive USA-made banjos. Appears to be a near copy of the American universally-accepted standard features.
Weakness: The store (or the owner) should check all adjustments (machine head tensions, nut slots, truss rod, tailpiece, etc.) Before serious use. It's all there, needs aome TLC.
I have been using one professionally for two years. All it required was some tweaking here and there. Works best with USA strings, 10-23's seem to improve the tone. Definitely recommended at all playing levels.
