Just like the real thing.

Strengths: The same feel and rebound as a real drum head.

Weakness: None

I have been using the Quiet Tone pads since they were first developed and introduced to me by Henry Adler in the 1970's. The rebound has the same feeling as playing on a live drum except without the volume. The rubber pads can't compare since they don't have the feeling of a drum.
