We first saw Remo Gathering Drum at our son's Gymboree class, and were fascinated how immediately involved become six to nine months olds and their parents with this colorful deep-sounding drum. As for our son, he just ignored all other activities at the gym that day, and we couldn’t tear him off the drum for the rest of the class. That was the reason we decided to give our son Remo Gathering Drum as a present for his first birthday. We doubted a little, though, because our little one usually loses his interest in any new toy after an hour or two of playing with it, and this present would be pricey. But the moment our son saw his new drum his eyes brightened, and he was so happy, that we understood we made the right choice. Now, any time we need a couple of minutes for ourselves, we can rely on this magic drum. But even more often we just play the drum together, all three of us, and we really enjoy this loud family time.
P.S. Couple of days ago we found our 25-pound boy STANDING in the center of the drum. And the drum is still in its best health and sound.
