Ibanez IJV50 JamPack Quick Start Natural 6-String Standard Acoustic Guitar

My first guitar!

Strengths: Nice and sleek. Great delivery. GREAT price and a lot of materials (especially for beginners!).

Weakness: Instructional DVD has to be sent later- after registration- and the site is sadly down.

The only complaint I have from this object is the color in which I received it in. From the picture, it looks like a nice and golden brown color, however, the color is much lighter than what is advertised. I will edit this post with an image when I have the time. The electronic turner was also different than the one from the image- I bought it from Woodwind and Brasswind. Not sure why they did...

Also, this is my first guitar and it seems to be awesome! I have several friends who know how to play the guitar and they are greatly impressed with mine. After reading many reviews, this is definitely the right choice! With it's cheap price and smooth design, I would highly recommend it!

Ibanez IJV50 is a great beginners guitar!

I've had the IJV50 for about 3 months now and so far I've been pretty impressed with what you get for your money. The JamPack comes with a guitar, case, strings, pick, the guitar, a digital tuner, and more. Basically you have everything you need to start learning to play the acoustic guitar except an instructional DVD. Granted, I was able to send in for one, but this is a bit of a disappointment....

I've had the IJV50 for about 3 months now and so far I've been pretty impressed with what you get for your money. The JamPack comes with a guitar, case, strings, pick, the guitar, a digital tuner, and more. Basically you have everything you need to start learning to play the acoustic guitar except an instructional DVD. Granted, I was able to send in for one, but this is a bit of a disappointment. But, you don't buy one of these for the included instructional DVD. The guitar itself is great and as far as I'm concerned is an excellent choice if you're looking for "bang for your buck". The only real thing that needs to be changed from the original kit are the strings. Like all cheaper guitars, the strings are not so great and go out of tune very quickly. Get yourself some quality strings and quality instruction and you'll be happy with the IJV50.

Great Guitar for a Great Price

Strengths: Comes with a lot of stuff for just 100 bucks

Weakness: wish it came with the dvd instead of registering it and then waiting to recieve it

I am a beginner but I think I like this as my first guitar. It fits my size and comes with a bunch of extras. I was first thinking about getting a different brand but i stuck to reputation even though it seemed cheap and ended up being very happy with it. I recommend it.
