Demi-Hunter - MPN: 749400
Product Details
Description
The skeleton watch traces its origins back to 1760, when a French master watchmaker conceived of a watch to pique the public's interest. He exposed the innermost secrets of his watches. Needless to say, the public was fascinated, and the rest is history. Today, watches like our Open Face Skeleton amaze young and old. The wheels, gears and pinions are true works of art-showcasing the watchmaker's deftness and attention to detail. You add to the maker's handiwork by engraving the back with the recipient's name and special message. Demi Hunter pocket watches feature a clear panel in the center giving a view of the hands which allows you to tell time without opening the lid. -Polished silver-tone steel -Makes a unique Father's Day, retirement or birthday gift -This item has a skeleton movement and needs to be wound 24 hours to keep the movement going. Engraved Gift.

Beautiful Pocket Watch
5 Star Review   By Momof2sons on Things Remembered - May 7, 2014

Quality workmanship. Beautiful Pocket Watch. We gave this to our son in hopes that he will carry it throughout his life. He loves it immensely! The engraving was a nice touch, even on the gift box.

Great keepsakes
5 Star Review   By Stevo on Things Remembered - Mar 25, 2014

I've looked around for a real winding pocket watch, skeleton style, and haven't found any others this cheap, nor engravable. Absolutely beautiful. And so far working perfectly. Only warning is it's a soft metal, so no abrasions against keys and such, it'll scratch it fairly easy. Otherwise, I absolutely love it.

My boyfriend is literally obsessed with this watch. At first I didn't know it was windup and I was really nervous about that but he says it makes it more authentic. Perfect!

I gave this gift to my dad for my wedding. I engraved a sentimental message and my dad is not a sensitive guy but it brought a tear to his eye. He absolutely loved it.

Great gift for anyone!!
5 Star Review   By Chelljara on Things Remembered - Jan 3, 2014

I bought this gift for my 13 year old son for Christmas as he has wanted a pocket watch for as long as I can remember. He was thrilled with it! I got him the pocket watch glass dome to show it off in, but he would rather wear it! It is absolutely beatiful! The clasp was a little hard to open at first, but after a few times opening it, it has become easier to open. Great gift, well worth the money!

Perfect Wedding Gift!
4 Star Review   By rlotz8 on Things Remembered - Aug 15, 2013

I gave this to my new husband on our wedding day, he loved it! It is a little hard to open by pressing down the top, hopefully that it just because it is new, and needs some break-in time.
