Seller must ship a purchased item within two (2) business days of receiving payment from the Buyer using one of the shipping services supported by the Site.

Seller is permitted to arrange for Buyer to pick up purchased items from the Seller's location, rather than arranging for delivery to the Buyer. If Seller has chosen this option when listing an item on the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service, the Seller's Zip Code, City and State will be displayed along with the item's listing, so prospective Buyers will be able to determine the convenience of picking up the item at the Seller's location. Upon completion of the Storefront transaction, the Seller's address and phone number will be provided to the Buyer so that the Buyer and Seller can make arrangements for the pick-up of the item. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PriceGrabber.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation, including its successors and assigns, disclaims any and all liability with respect to any interaction between the Buyer and the Seller regarding, without limitation, the physical pick-up of an item, and Buyer an Seller acknowledge that such form of delivery is conducted entirely at their own risk.
