Listings. The PriceGrabber's Storefronts Service allows Members to place for sale any item that falls within a PriceGrabber product category listed on the Site. You may describe your item and all terms of sale on your listing page. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and other content relevant to the sale of the item being listed.
Restrictions on listings. You agree that you will not:
- list any item that is not included in PriceGrabber's product database;
- post information that is false, inaccurate or misleading;
- post information that is fraudulent or involves the sale of counterfeit, stolen or otherwise illegal items (including the sale of otherwise unrestricted items into countries against which the US has export restrictions) and/or items that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties;
- list for sale any downloadable software;
- list any item or take any action that could cause PriceGrabber to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation,;
- post any information that could help or result in any entity's bypassing PriceGrabber in order to circumvent paying PriceGrabber the applicable Transaction Fees upon the completion of a transaction using the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service;
- list an item in the wrong category or under the wrong product page;
- list the same item in more than one category on the Site;
- list the same item in the same condition more than once (you will have the option to specify multiple quantities of the same product);
- list items that could be considered one-of-a-kind (i.e. an autographed item or an item formerly owned by a celebrity); and
- list items that are not available to be shipped immediately (i.e. preorders).
You agree to indemnify and hold PriceGrabber harmless against any claim with respect to violations on the above rules.
New Products. If the item you intend to sell is not included in PriceGrabber's database, you may recommend that the product be added, as long as that product belongs to one of the categories available on the Site. PriceGrabber does not guarantee that all recommended products will be added.
Modifications. You may change the price, image, condition, description, shipping cost, and tax information of a listed item. You agree not to charge unreasonable amounts for shipping, and to charge no more than the prevailing legal rate of sales tax based on the laws applicable to the transaction.
Questions and Answers. Members interested in buying your item may ask you questions about your product through a web-based form (your personal information will not be displayed in this form). You will have the ability to respond to such questions through the Account Maintenance Page. Your responses must comply with the Content Submission rules in the Terms of Use, including without limitation, the rule restricting users from providing contact informations, URLs or links in your responses. PriceGrabber reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove all of your listings if you fail to promptly and accurately reply to questions asked about your listings. All the questions and answers about a listing are considered part of the listing.
Inclusion of Listings. When a Member adds a listing on the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service, this does not guarantee that the listing will be included on the Site. PriceGrabber may place some listings "on hold" in accordance with the Trading Limit Policy http://www.pricegrabber.com/info_policies.php/policy=limit. Additionally, PriceGrabber may decide not to include certain listings on some Co-Branded Sites.
Ethical Conduct. Seller listings shall not promote activities that are illegal, unethical or which might bring PriceGrabber or Member into disrepute, or which might constitute or represent a serious conflict of interest, or which might give the appearance of impropriety. Member agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations including those dealing with Internet commerce and privacy.
Cancellation of listing. PriceGrabber reserves the right to cancel the listing of any item on the Site, for any reason or no reason. In case of such cancellation, PriceGrabber will inform the Member that had listed the item through the Member-provided email address.
Cancellation or Suspension of Services. PriceGrabber reserves the right to cancel or temporarily suspend Member's Storefront privileges if PriceGrabber finds that Member is in violation of any of the terms of the PriceGrabber Storefronts Listing Policy.
Condition. You must accurately choose the condition that best describes your product when listing it for sale on the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service, using the descriptions available for the type of product you are listing. Below you will find the conditions and descriptions that may be available for the product you are trying to list:
Computers, Photography, Consumer Electronics and Office Products
| New | Item is in perfect condition, never used. Item must be delivered in an unopened original RETAIL package, with all accompanying components. |
| OEM | Item is a New item (as defined above) but is in bulk packaging. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. |
| Third-Party Generic | Item is a New item (as defined above) but is a generic version of the item manufactured by a separate manufacturer. This condition is only available where predefined by PriceGrabber. |
| Refurbished | It is a New item (as defined above) but it has been refurbished by the manufacturer. |
| Like New | Item has never been used. It looks and functions identical to a New item (as defined above), but for some reason this item does not qualify as New. Item may not come in the original package. The UPC may have been removed from the item. |
| Used - Very Good | Item has been used but it looks and functions as if it was new and has no marks or scratches. All parts, manuals, cables and software are included with the item. |
| Used - Good | Item has been used but it works as if it was new. Product may have minimal cosmetic damage. Some wear and tear but not excessive. Some parts, manuals, cables and/or software may be missing. |
| Used - Acceptable | Item has been used but the most important functions of the item work. Functions that don't work should be described in detail in the description. May have some damage; some components may be missing. |

Movies, Music, Video Games, and Software
| New | Item is in perfect condition, never used. Item must be delivered in an unopened original RETAIL package, with all accompanying components. |

| New | Item is in perfect condition, dust jacket clean and unscratched, no writing, bookplates or any other types of markings, binding unbroken. |
| Used - Very Good | Item looks as if it has never been used, and has no marks, scratches, missing pages or highlights. |
| Used - Good | Item has minimal damage to dust jacket or cover, no highlights, minimal marks, no missing pages. Some wear and tear, but not excessive. |
| Used- Acceptable | Item has some damage to dust jacket or cover, no missing pages, some highlights, underlines and marks expected. |
