PriceGrabber Storefronts Trading Limit Policy

In order to protect Members transacting using the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service, PriceGrabber has established Trading Limits for both Buyers and Sellers. PriceGrabber keeps track of the Trading Limits for you. You may see your Available Selling Limit and/or your Available Buying Limit at any time by accessing your Member Account.

Available Selling Limit is defined as the Maximum Selling Limit (MSL) minus the total amount of all your Selling transactions (including shipping and taxes) during the past 30 days.

The following table details the fixed Maximum Selling Limits depending on Member Account level:

Member Account LevelMaximum Selling Limit during a 30 day Period
    Basic$0
    Confirmed$0
    Silver$500.00
    Gold$5,000.00
    PlatinumCustomized for each qualifying Member

On a daily basis, PriceGrabber will monitor the trading levels of Sellers' Member Accounts and will place on hold any listing in which the price of the item (including the shipping cost) exceeds the Seller's Available Selling Limit at the time of the calculation. Such item(s) will remain on hold until the Available Selling Limit exceeds the price of the item (including the shipping cost).

If the price of an item (including the shipping costs) exceeds the Seller's Maximum Selling Limit, the item may not be listed on the Site unless the Member completes the procedures required to increase the Maximum Selling Limit (if available).

PriceGrabber reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to increase, or decrease the Maximum Selling Limit of a particular Member.
