Transaction Fees

PriceGrabber's Transaction Fees payable by the Seller regarding the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service are as follows:

* Holiday commission rates will be in effect 11/1 - 1/15

The Purchase Price is the price for which you sell the item, including shipping and handling charges. Sales tax will not be considered as part of the Purchase Price when calculating the Transaction Fees.

Transaction Fees may be refundable under the conditions defined in the Refunds Policy section of this Agreement.

It is your sole responsibility to update your current credit card information with PriceGrabber. If your credit card is declined, has expired, or the credit card issuer otherwise denies payment of accrued fees owed to PriceGrabber, PriceGrabber may continue to try to process your credit card for payment and/or charge you an administrative fee not to exceed $25.00, and PriceGrabber may suspend your Member Account and/or remove other listings you may have placed to sell items through the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service. Additionally, PriceGrabber reserves the right to send your account to a collections agency and to charge interest on any amounts overdue equal to the lesser of one and one and half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowable by law, which shall be determined and compounded daily from the date due until the date paid in full. You agree to be responsible for any and all collection expenses incurred by PriceGrabber for any amounts owed and overdue.

Fees for Additional Optional Services

Addition of New Product Content

Addition of new product content will be subject to a $10 fee per each new item approved.

Refund Charges

Refunds of Transactions Fees by PriceGrabber for out of stock and mutually agreed cancellations will be subject to a PriceGrabber refund charge of $2.50.

Modification of Fees.

The fees mentioned above may be adjusted by PriceGrabber, in its sole discretion. Adjustments to fees will become effective not sooner than fifteen (15) days of such modification. PriceGrabber will notify you of such modifications via http://www.pricegrabber.com/info_memterm_update.php. In its sole discretion, PriceGrabber may also provide notification by other means such as email and post. You agree that it is solely your responsibility to routinely visit this web page for notices of modifications to the Fees and Billings Policy. In the event a Seller does not approve of Transaction Fees after such modification, Seller should remove the applicable item(s) from the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service and/or cancel their Member Account.

Listing Fees

PriceGrabber.com Inc., a Delaware corporation, including its successors and assigns, "PriceGrabber" will charge a standard monthly listing fee of $0.25 USD per product per month; however, each Member may list up to a hundred products free of the standard monthly listing fee charge. All listing fees are non-refundable.

PriceGrabber does not charge fees to purchasers of products. PriceGrabber only charges fees to Sellers.

Billing

All the fees owed to PriceGrabber for using the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service will be charged to your credit card in the following way:

On the 15th day of each month.
On the last day of each month.
At any time that the balance of all fees owed to PriceGrabber from a single Member Account exceeds $100.
Or immediately upon termination of your Member Account.

The failure by PriceGrabber for any reason to charge or collect the above sums shall not relieve the responsibility of the Seller with respect to payments due.
