Product is OK but will purchase something else in future.

The product is extremely noisy when operating. Ocassionally, Ice cubes will drop thru ice dispensor, when not in use to dispense, and melt on the table. This forces me to place a cup under the dispensor to catch ice cube that fall thru dispensor. Adding water is difficult (if the funnel was part of the swinging door it would make filling less difficult).

Not as good as I had hoped

It's a little noisey, but am getting used to it. Bigger than I thought it would be. But I should have checked the diminsions closer. Ok for two people, but probably wouldn't handle a family needing ice.

not very good if you use lots of ice

This ice maker would be great for a 1 person home, it only makes enough ice to fill a glass, next time I will buy the larger counter top ice maker..

The Portable Ice Dispenser looks great on my countertop. It is very handy for adults and kids alike.

It does not keep up with our family needs for ice. The ice doesn't harden up real hard. We bag it and put it in the freezer. That works!

Bad taste

No matter how many times we've cleaned this thing, the ice cubes still come out with a bad taste. I finally unplugged it and put it in the basement.
