Pitiful customer service
Strengths: Oven works as advertised. My wife loved it...when it worked
Weakness: Dont expect ANYTHING after 12 months
This is a terrific appliance. However, ours would not work in its 15th month of ownership.
Called a technician and he discovered a burned out circuit board. The board is about 2"x2" and probably costs 95cents.
After being switched from person to person and finally getting thru to technical support I was told, "We only have available about 10 parts for this appliance". If you have a problem with any other part...you are out of luck. If the problem occured within 12 months they would just replace the item. After 12 months there is no help availble regarding any part except for the aforementioned 10.
Oh, and you had better keep the receipt because they will offer no help whatsoever if you dont have it. Never mind that you registered the product.
