A Great Product!
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - May 5, 2012

These are the nicest containers I have found. They alllow me to see what's in the container but allow me to stack with the confidence that they will stay fresh. The pop top keeps ingredients fresh and the way I put them in. I gave this as a shower gift to my granddaufghter and was pleased to tell her, "I use them myself, and knew you would love them."

use them all the time
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - May 5, 2012

We got the set as a wedding gift and they're so useful it's crazy. plus they stack nicely. We don't use them for wet food, so cleaning has been fairly easy (although the lids drip for a while). Love the push-button close--very satisfying little sound it makes.

works great
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Jan 3, 2012

I fly back & forth between Alaska & Florida seasonally, so I purchased these for my Florida home. They keep everything organized, but what really sold me on them is that I purchased some cider mix and left it in a container for the summer. When I returned in the fall, it was full of dead bugs that had been in the mulling spices. My bug guy told me I was very lucky they were contained or my entire kitchen would have been infested by the time I got back. So they aren't just good at keeping things out - they will also keep them in.

Flour and Sugar Containers
4 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Aug 23, 2011

Great for storage, easy to use, stacks well together. I'd recommend buying the containers individually though so the sizes can actually meet your needs.

Perfect for Storage
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Aug 17, 2011

I do a lot of cooking and a lot of storing of the excess. These pop up containers are: amazing. I use them constantly for dry goods and cooking and baking ingredients. My husband stored cantaloupe for a little over a week and it retained it's flavor and moisture without going bad! I wasn't sure of how well these would work when I first bought them. But they have been so much better than I had initially thought. I love them and will be buying more soon!

So worth the price
4 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Aug 17, 2011

I thought these were a little expensive but I received them as a wedding gift and they are a must have. They clean up nicely and stack well. I use them all the time and its so nice to to wrestle with lids that don't seem to want to fit. These go on and off easily! Worth every penny!

Perfect!
4 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Dec 29, 2010

5 lb of flour will fit the 4 qt container. 5lb of sugar will not fit the 2.5 qt container (by about a cup). Would welcome a matched set designed to optimally fit flour and sugar without requiring a much larger container than necessary for the sugar.

Seals fantastic
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Nov 10, 2010

I love these containers!! They keep everything fresh, from raisins to cereal to brown sugar. SUPER easy to clean, the tops come completely apart so you can clean and dry them fully, which is a huge plus because I am always nervous to put wet tops on, say, cereal. A must for every house!! i will say one thing, the small ones are a little too small because the cover takes up so much of the available volume. but i just use them for smaller things that i keep in smaller quantities, like pine nuts or sun dried tomatoes.

OXO Pop Containers
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Oct 23, 2010

I purchased six pieces of this wonderful addition to my pantry. Everything looks so orderly and I love the fact that I can see through these containers to know when I am running low on a product.

Almost passes the test!
4 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Jul 27, 2010

I have a house on Cape Cod, so storing food is often futile. It is very humid and if a box is opened, the food quickly gets soggy. I bought one OXO Pop container hoping it would be the foodsaver I needed. I left Lucky Charms in the container in the spring. When I returned to the Cape in July, unfortunately, the cereal was soggy; perhaps not as soggy if I just left it in the box, but it wasn't very good. Sorry. I am sure they would be fine someplace where the humidity is not that high, but I will not purchase more.

wonderful!
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Jul 26, 2010

We got this set as a wedding gift and absolutely love it! We use every piece for either cereal, snacks, crackers, flour. You name it. We moved from a pretty humid climate, and the oxo containers helped keep our food fresh. They are easy to open, clean, and look good as well. I'm ordering a few more for cereal for my hubby.

Works perfectly
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Jul 9, 2010

I have a FoodSaver (which is a must have by the way) but these containers are a very handy additon. No need for a machine for those items that you open and close more often. I use mine for cereal, tea, coffee, sugar etc.

Fantastic!
4 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - May 27, 2010

These containers are nice to look at, seal well, and are great for dry ingredients such as spaghetti, flour, hot chocolate, sugar and coffee etc. It's a pity that they're not dishwasher safe, and I probably wouldn't trust them in the freezer, so don't really use them for storing leftovers or taking lunches to work. That being said we still find them handy, and the pop top makes it easy to get the lid on/off for every day use.

Best Gift Ever
3 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Mar 17, 2010

I purchased the set on impulse -- I needed storage for dry ingredients. They're GREAT for dry ingredients (like flour, sugar) but this set doesn't give enough large sizes to make it economical. I ended up using the smaller ones for leftovers in the fridge. NOT good. While they do seal well, I don't recommend them for anything liquid or that you have to clean between frequent changes because the lid comes apart into THREE parts. ONLY THE RUBBER GASKET is dishwasher safe!? And the larger lid "part" has a VERY intricate part that is next -to-IMPOSSIBLE to get dry inside without a blowdryer or something! :P The set IS clear & beautiful to look at. Also, one of the seals stopped sealing properly after about 2 months, but OXO will replace it for free (after I pay to ship it back to them). These are ok, but there are other brands that I prefer -- mainly because they're dishwasher safe.

Great storage containers
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Mar 8, 2010

I received these for my bridal shower and am so impressed with the quality. I have already cleared so much space in my pantry and they are easy and convenient to use. Great item!

Great Product
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Jan 21, 2010

I purchased several sizes of OXO storage containers with the push down seal. They work great and are very attractive in the cupboard. Since I live in Hawaii I need something to protect foods from the humidty.

Okay, not great.
3 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Dec 8, 2009

The containers themselves function well (so far), but I was hoping to store different flours and sugars in them...however, this 10 piece set has the most impractical sizes, including several small containers that are good for nothing. There are only 2 or 3 containers that will actually work for what I need. Too bad they couldn't make the set more practical.

Great Purchase
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Oct 21, 2009

I love this set. They are top quality, easy to clean, and keep food airtight fresh. They also keep my pantry well organized and save lots of space. Nor more messing with storage bags for crackers, cookies, etc. After using this set, I ordered some extras of the 3 largest sizes. They are great for cereal, pasta, etc.

Not bad; not great; cleaning a PAIN
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Sep 16, 2009

I use these containers often! They are always full!! They also fit wonderfully in my cabinets, except for the tallest one. But great to store flour, sugar, bread crumbs, etc. in. Easy to take apart and clean also.

Terrific buy!
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Sep 8, 2009

I use these for everything from dried beans to dog food to hardware nuts and bolts! The super seal button keeps foodstuffs fresh and ensures items are stored securely. Go ahead and pick it up by the top--the lid is not coming off. One caution, however--the super top is deeper than most so you cannot fill the container to the brim.

Great product.
5 Star Review   By Anonymous on Crate & Barrel - Jul 5, 2009

I love these storage containers. They are beautiful to look at so I've left them on my counter. The button on the lid locks out air and keep items fresh. The quality surpassed my expectations.
