Very nice mixing bowl.

The mixing bowl is well made. Thick glass was used to make it. We should get years of use out of it. Delivery time was fast. Only about three days to arrive.

You can see the ingredients mix together.

I bought this as a gift. They love it and other friends who have this bowl also love it. It is great that is comes with a cover.

A great addition!

I wanted an additional bowl for my mixer so that I wouldn't have to stop and wash when making multiple items. I thought it would be nice to get a glass bowl to complement the metal bowl that came with the mixer. Great choice! It's nice to be able to see how your mixed item is coming along. Now, this bowl is indeed heavy, but hello--it's solid glass. And I'm so glad I found it on the Home Depot...

LOVE this bowl!

This bowl is tied with the bowl scraper blade as my favorite KitchenAid items. Hands down perfection. The clear sides mean that I can see when everything is incorporated without turning it off and checking with a spatula.
