5 Star Review   By informedshopper on Vitacost - Apr 22, 2013

The first time I tried this was at my naturopath's home in Colorado. We entered her yard each with a pair of scissors and a collander. We clipped herbs, leaves, and flowers for our salads upon which we topped them with Bionaturae Organic Balsamic Vinegar and flax seed oil. This was a first for me but a fantastic and healthy alternative to other salad dressings. It was fresh and delicious. I've tried other brands but no other comes close in taste. Hands down Bionaturae is the best! What did I ever do before this?

Mild and sweet.
5 Star Review   By JayeB on Vitacost - Apr 18, 2013

The flavor is excellent, slightly sweet and mild-tasting on its own.. With a little olive oil, it makes a superb, healthy dressing for salad.

Organic and Tastes Great!
5 Star Review   By Ashlin on Vitacost - Feb 26, 2013

There are a few reasons why I recommend this brand. First of all, the grapes are organically grown. This is a huge plus for me. Second, it contains 5 calories per serving (or per tablespoon). It livens up my salads delightfullly without any overpowering sour or "too-sweet" flavor, As a matter of fact I find that most of the time I use less than a tablespoonful. It does the job very well. Finally, the price is reasonable. This is susrprising since it is an organic product. I highly recommend Bionaturae Organic Balsamic vinegar.

Delicious & Healthy
5 Star Review   By Nawz on Vitacost - Sep 26, 2012

An excellent product! It's nearly impossible to find balsamic vinegar without sulfate, sugar or food coloring. I'm allergic to sugar & sulfate and this is one of the few brands I can trust w/o worrying about undisclosed ingredients.

sulfites
1 Star Review   By Xicota on Vitacost - Nov 11, 2011

My mom and I were both sensitive to whatever amount of sulfites that this contains, and we weren't able to eat it.So we have an expensive bottle of balsalmic vinegar in our cupboard that we can't eat.Try the sulfite-free one if you are sensitive.
