In The Cup: This light roast is creamy and smooth with prominent notes of toasted hazelnuts, rum raisin ice cream, and dark chocolate fudge. Background: The Camocim Estate is located in the Espirito Santo region. This garden-like farm is a host to a plethora of diverse flora: from Jacaranda and Eucalyptus to the exotic coffee varieties of Moka and Iapar 59. Owner Henrique Sloper and his team were kind enough to accommodate our exacting specifications by blending the green coffee we chose (a lot of green coffee) and creating a proprietary blend comprised mainly of Peaberries, blended with Catuacai, Yellow Bourbon and Yellow Caturra cultivars. This is our first Demeter Certified Biodynamic coffee.
