I have a several reasons to be less than fully pleased with this product: First, there is nothing in the on-line advertsing that indicates a need to activate the product a week to ten days in advance of terminating your old landline phone service. Second, there is no notice that new phone numbers are only available in approximately 6-8 of the larger cities in Illinois (necessitating that I choose another Illinois prefix which will br considered long distance even from local calls within my area.
