Bad software, poor customer service and poor support policies
Strengths: They send you a box with a CD

This time clock software is continually not working properly. We have the networked version. Not only does it not stay networked, it does not stay connected with Quickbooks and we have had to call support numerous times. Sometimes it sends over the data and other times it doesn't. On quite a few occasions, it send double the time that has been clocked. Support takes days to get back to you. I guess they are pretty busy! Support costs are $75.00 for 30 minutes and with a poor software like this one, that racks up to be a huge amount of money. I would recommend getting some other form of time clock. This one is worse than poor and will bleed you dry. The company also doesn't seem to care if you are happy with them or their product.
