Great Tablet with true mobile capabilities
5 Star Review   By maj71303 on AT&T - Oct 18, 2013

To all that haven't figured it out yet this is not a laptop but a tablet. It doesn't run the regular version of windows 8 that you can use all the old programs you have with. This tablet runs a tablet centric version of windows called RT designed to be mobile and light. This tablet contains an arm processor so it won't be able to run regular windows 8 x86 programs. You can only run program designed for windows RT. WIth that in mind don't but it thinking you can run what you use on a regular computer. If you want that capability buy the surface pro version. This runs all you need though to be productive from the full office suite to internet explorer. It also has a lot of apps that are a joy to use such as facebook, netflix, discovery, and tons others plus games. If you are looking for something with more capability than an android tablet this is it. If your looking for a laptop replacement then a tablet won't fit the bill because of trade offs. But rest assured this will be a good tablet to use and be different from everyone else. Best of all it gives you mobile freedom that you don't have to look for a place with wifi to use it as it has 4G LTE so it can be used on the go about everywhere. I figured out long ago that if your tablet has just wifi only it's pretty limited in where you can use it.

More Pros than Cons
4 Star Review   By WendyL731 on AT&T - Jun 18, 2013

I am a business owner of a light construction company.Got this about a week ago - has already improved my field productivity and point of sale performance by saving me hours of office time. ---- I highly recommend going to Youtube and going thru instruction videos. I'm able to access Skydrive and receive and send emails in one easy step. As for social networking - I receive my notifications on my Iphone, so I really haven't set this up for that - sorry, can't give you more details on that. If you heavily rely on Microsoft Office suites in the course of your day to day work - then this is for sure the tablet for you. Just transfer all working docs from your PC to the built in skydrive app (yes, I recommend this too) and 'Vwalla' you're in business. Paired with a portable airprint printer, this tablet becomes a complete mobile office. Also, consider purchasing the keyboard dock, it's very handy when you need it. I waited for a microsoft version of the tablets - glad I did. Yes, I realize the Microsoft has a lot of kinks to work out still, but overall - this is a huge plus for Windows 7&8 users. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is for the lack of java script for Windows RT platform (need for business to business sites). However, I can still relay on email to accomplish my goal.; so, this wasn't a deal breaker. Overall - I am super happy I purchased this. No buyers remorse here. ***"THANKS AT&T for taking the time to show me this little gem of a gadget."

Tablet with a surprinsingly high productivity potential
5 Star Review   By gegen on AT&T - Dec 6, 2012

Bring it with me for 3 a day business trip, an overall very positive experience. The battery supports easiliy a full day of work 5H in planes , 3H of meetings and still have plenty of juice. Fast switch between PDF, mail, excel, and one note, screen split allowing to see 2 apps at a time apeears very useful. Screen and keyboard size make it very convenient when traveling in coach, even when surrended by solid passengers. The regular USB connector on the keyboard provides a quick way to exchange files. LTE allow to send a 10Meg presentation in a couple of seconds from a taxi. it just diserved a more complex mail client to give it a 10.

Great tablet - able to do real work on the go
5 Star Review   By verdale on AT&T - Dec 4, 2012

This tablet is working out better than I expected. Very nice screen and snappy response. Having Office applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, and OneNote) running comfortably on such a portable and easy to use device helps me get things done when mobile, especially when using SkyDrive to sync documents across multiple computers.

This tablet shows how microsoft and asus are not on the same page. The tablet constantly freeze. When a tile is pressed it will load up minutes later. When u try yo scroll it take a long time to respond to the gesture. Even with all the updates installed still no luck...i also find sometimes it just bust to a black screen...I will be returning this product...
