Did not work at all in my 2002 Corolla

Strengths: None

Weakness: Did not work at all

I tried to use it in my 2002 Corolla which has a standard antenna outside the driver's window. I could barely hear the sound on my radio. Could hear ir partly when I moved the ipod outside my car window but not otherwise. Unfrtunately it didn't work for me and I'm gonna have to return it!

Easy to Use iPod FM Transmitter

Strengths: Easy to use. I like the presets for stations. Backlighting of the dial is nice.

Weakness: Still get some interference in urban areas

This item is easier to set up and use. The instructions are clear. The presets are very handy. I still have received some interference in urban areas. It was more difficult to find a clear frequency.

Works great! Would purchase again.

Strengths: Works very well in an urban/suburban area.

Weakness: Need to change channels on drive to work, but that was expected based on the congested area in which we live.

After having a different brand transmitter for a month which then broke, this one is a dream. It works very well even though we live in an area with few vacant radio stations. My husband does have to change channels going to work, but he is able to get a clear channel and clear sound. I would definitely recommend this one over any others.

strong signal broken button

Strengths: signal is strong, intuitive design

Weakness: fragile

The tuner button broke during the first week, only allowing me to scroll up through the FM spectrum. I can usually find a good station, though and that is the most important quality in these broadcasters. I like the integrated charging/broadcaster and the three preset channels.

Digital FM Transmitter/Auto Charger for iPod

Strengths: great signal, get clear, clean sound formy Ipod.

Weakness: does not work well in my Toyota Avalon, the signal strength is not good, could be because the antenna is in the back window...the wires that run across the glass. My other car is a regular antenna on

This seems to work best with a standard antenna, or use in a truck that sits higher off the ground. Autos with antenna in the back glass of the window gets a weaker signal, and hissing sounds no matter where you are and what station you try.
