HK AVR-335
5 Star Review   By member edrlee - Apr 16, 2006

Strengths: great sound clarity, component switching, calibrating microphone, on screen display

Harman Kardon products are pricey, but with this being last year's model, it's a steal for the quality it brings. I had an older Sony home theater system before getting the AVR-335 and hooked up the HK AVR-335 to the same speakers. I'm not a true audiophile, but I could hear a noticeable improvement with the HK receiver for both movies and music. The component switching is a nice feature too, allowing me to easily select between my HDTV receiver and my DVD player.
