This product is junk
1 Star Review   By member markrosenleaf - Feb 2, 2008

Strengths: Range is actually much greater than the 30 ft. I loved not having the cord.

Weakness: Headphones break in half

I loved being freed from the hassle of a cord. I put my device in the middle of the YMCA and had free reign anywhere within about 50 to 60 ft. Sound quality was satisfactory and the headphones weren't very comfortable at first, but I got used to them. Unfortunately, like many other victims of this junk product, my headphones broke in half after about 3 or 4 weeks of use.

Too Heavy & Way Too Big
2 Star Review   By member melyssakae - Jan 28, 2008

Strengths: No wires.

Weakness: Too big, too heavy, doesn't work correctly with my iPod.

I currently have the Bose earbuds which have awesome sound quality, these were obviously less expensive so the sound quality was obviously going to suffer. However, I didn't expect the bulkiness and the heaviness that these headphones have. I have a relatively normal sized head, maybe even a bit on the small side, and these were way too big for me. I am looking for a replacement when I'm at the gym on the treadmill. (The wires of my Bose earbuds get in my way.) These are definitely not what I was hoping for. Plus the adapter has the regular ear phone male jack, but it has another little square shaped male piece that should insert alongside of the earphone jack. I have an older video iPod and this doesn't work. So the functions on the earphones are totally useless to me since I have to use the 4-5 inch adapter, the length on it is unnecessary. So anyway, I don't recommend this product if you'll be doing anything physical while wearing it. Jogging on the treadmill was nearly impossible, they would fall off my ears.

Hassle free frequency
3 Star Review   By member enyc03 - Jan 27, 2008

Strengths: No cords,no tangle and no snag. Great sound. Mobility convenient. Awesome reception.

Weakness: Battery description reads Eight hours before charge is needed. More like an hour before the beeping starts. It's possible I have a bum battery. The adaptor doesn't fit flush on my iPod.

Over all it's a great idea but I trust it could use some fine tuning. As I wrote,I'm not too crazy about having an additional cord between my pod and the adaptor. The battery life isn't as promised. If the wireless adaptor fit flush on the pod and the battery last longer, it would be a hassle free dream.

Not Up To Logitech Standards!
2 Star Review   By member mickey5ft - Dec 16, 2007

Strengths: Wireless

Weakness: Poor Design

This product is not designed very well. The headset does not fit and wearing it for any length of time is out of the question. The transmitter is connected to the Ipod only by the phone jack and it swings around on the Ipod due to the weight of it. It's not very stable. I should have returned the product but didn't.

Great performance but weak headband
3 Star Review   By member Wilco1 - Aug 14, 2007

Strengths: Great sound, comfortable, easy set up, easy use, good looks, great price. Can work with other BlueTooth devises in addition to iPod.

Weakness: Band that goes in back of your head has a tendency to crack. Potential design flaw & maybe why they are so reasonably priced. Friends who bought these had the same issue.

My headband has only cracked so far and hopefully with some tape reinforcement will not break all the way through. I also got these to work with my BlueTooth enabled laptop and a friend got them to work with his BlueTooth phone for playing music.

1 Star Review   By member steveselis - Aug 10, 2007

Strengths: Great sound, battery life, decent range, comfortable

Weakness: Broke after little use

I was aware of the cracking problem and did my best to be very carful but a crack formed after about 10 uses. I'm sure it will be completely useless soon.

Weakness: the transmitter button is a little fussy

Good for the price
4 Star Review   By member staciepetersen - Feb 13, 2007

Strengths: no wires

Weakness: only one size - not adjustable. Also, all of the controls don't work with the nano

Pretty good - at the price under $20, I don't know that you can go wrong, but the headphone size doesn't adjust. It probably fits men better than women (smaller heads). Also, although it works with the nano, you can't use the controls - you just start and stop.

Logitech Wireless Phones
3 Star Review   By member mille258 - Jan 21, 2007

Strengths: Signal strength good, battery decent, charges quickly

Weakness: A bit uncomfortable, you have to use a wire adapter to fit new generation (5g) ipods -you can't control the tracks and volume with the headphones with new Ipods, only listen. But, works well for that.

As a new 80Gig Ipod user, it works well only for listening to the ipod; the seller sent a little cord so I could connect my new ipod to the bluetooth receiver. Unfortunately, the track selection and volume options do not work with the newest generation ipods. If you've got a 4g or below, it'll be great - only suitable for listening for new ipods.

Logitech Wireless Headphones for iPod
4 Star Review   By member saggysingh - Jan 19, 2007

Strengths: Wireless Connectivity

Weakness: Headphones can't control apple ipod as told. Can't go back or forth on tracks.

the adaptor has a pin close to audio pin. the audio pin attaches to ipod but the adjacent pin can't fit anywhere and perhaps this is because tracks can't be controlled from headphones buttons.

Not bad, not great
2 Star Review   By member browns31 - Jan 5, 2007

Strengths: inexpensive, comes with adapter for non ipod use

Weakness: takes about 1 min to connect to transmitter. audio quality not great. uncomfortable after about 15 min

I got these about 4 weeks ago after a friend at work showed me hers. They work pretty well but they have some shortcomings. (see strengths and weaknesses). I got them for $19 + shipping so I wasn't expecting perfection but it would nice if the bluetooth connection time could be faster and if they fit a little less snugly.

I know they're gonna break, but until that day - these things rock.
5 Star Review   By member kev17nchgo - Dec 21, 2006

Strengths: Bluetooth works great. Sound is excellent.

Weakness: Tight on my pumpkin sized head. I know they're gonna snap.

I bought these knowing they're going to eventually snap. After just two days I noticed a hairline crack, so I've stopped using them until I can reinforce the headband. It's such a shame, since they really do work very well. The Bluetooth connection is flawless, and the batteries lasted much longer than advertised. Two other co-workers have since bought the same unit, and are enjoying them greatly. The rock bottom price we scored makes the risk worth it. I just saw an ad yesterday for a new version of wireless headphones from Logitech. They appear to have adressed the issues of these with the new redesign. Maybe they're worth checking out.

Logitech Wireless headphones
4 Star Review   By member butterycooky - Sep 28, 2006

Strengths: No wires hanging around and getting jerked out. Good sound.

Weakness: Controls on headset only control volume on the ipod photo model. Headphones are larger than I like.

I love these headphones, I can put the receiver in my purse or pocket and not be worried about pulling the wires out of my ipod by mistake. I have pulled my wires and my ipod has hit the ground, not a good thing. Walking around the house with the receiver in a room, the signal breaks up when you walk in another room, but you can just put the receiver and ipod in a pocket and you are good to go. Waiting on them to make a smaller cute headset until then I'm walking with less mess wireless music.

Excellent performance - but not built to last
3 Star Review   By HarlanB61 on OnSale.com - Sep 19, 2006

Strengths: Excellent sound; seamless integration with iPod; good looks; decent wireless range

Weakness: Headband cracks under use; some directionality issues associated with wireless connection - don't point transmitter away from headset

Our family purchased and has used two of these products. All was great for the first few months. Then the plastic headband (connecting the left and right headphones) cracked, causing the product to break in two. We could not find any way to fix the flaw. Both units failed in about the same timeframe - 3-4 months of consistent use (no abuse or "overflexing" of the joint involved). We were working on replacements through Logitech when we were informed that the model has been discontinued. To Logitech's credit, we are now working on refunds for the broken units.

great sound, but headband breaks too easily
3 Star Review   By member mingkee - Sep 14, 2006

Strengths: good and balanced sound, can be used on PDAs and laptops without audio adaptor, power saving feature (auto turnoff after 5 mins)

Weakness: headband is too tight, and breaks too easily (caught a crack just after 3 days of use), the included audio adaptor is not compatible with other bt a2dp clients, annoying beep when there's no audio

the headband breaks too easily, luckily I applied reinforcement to prevent further breaking: cut a strip from a plastic card (you can use unused credit card, or the card holding SIM), use a scotch tape to hold the strip on the cracked area, apply Krazy glue slowly along the edge (if you found a crack, you should apply the glue on the crack first) till the gap is filled, then use a nylon packing tape to wrap the plastic strip. this headphone can also be used on PDA and laptop with a2dp support (passcode: 0000), the sound is good and balanced, though bass is not as much as plantronics 590a, however, the included audio adaptor cannot be used with other bt a2dp clients (plantronics 590a, moto HT820)

3 Star Review   By member CaptainBukko - Aug 22, 2006

Strengths: Great Sound Quality, Good Battery Life

Weakness: Weak Headband, A Little Heavy

Overall I'm happy with these headphones, as long as I can keep them from breaking. On the first set I had the headband cracked. Reading reviews from others I found this to be a common problem with the model. The seller quickly replaced the headphones with a new pair because they were less than a month old, and I haven't had the problem with the new pair.

Logitech Wireless Headphones for Ipod
3 Star Review   By member tweb24 - Aug 14, 2006

Strengths: Great to be able to go wireless to listen to my ipod or just while watching a movie on my home theatre system.

Weakness: Uncomfortable headphones. Buttons on headphones do not work my 5G ipod.

I find the headphones uncomfortable. The wrap-around style doesn't stay on my head very well. The headphones do not control a 5G ipod. You have to use an extension cable (provided) with this type of ipod. I was unaware of this when I bought them. I still like the possibility of going wireless, but it's not as nice as I thought it would have been had I been able to control playback as well as volume on the headset. Battery life seems good.

Poor Quality Design
2 Star Review   By wilmak217 on Provantage (Channel Engine) - Jul 27, 2006

Strengths: Great Battery life, with easy control buttons with the no wires aspect makes work outs more enjoyable.

Weakness: Wrap around head design resolution hasn't been solved where by the cracking aspect that was noted in earlier model is still present.

I wouldn't by these again due to the fact that I have purchased two pairs already and both times the headsets have cracked at the crown of the wrap around band. Plus Logitect refuses to uphold their warranty on their poorly designed product that should have better quality engineers that could fix the design whereby these flimsy headphones wouldn't crack so easily.

For the flexibility, it is well worth it.
4 Star Review   By member drayken - Jun 16, 2006

Strengths: Very easy controls, sounds good.

Weakness: Hurts your ears after 2 hours

These are great. The range is excellent. I wash my car and leave the Ipod inside and don't have any problems. The only complaint I have seen is that it hurts your ears because of how tight they are on your head. However, I have never had over the ear headphones that didn't irritate my ears. In my opinion they sound much better than the ear buds and the flexibility you get is worth it.

2 Star Review

Strengths: Wireless & Compact design

Weakness: Unconfrtable to wear & Does not last

I really enjoyed using this device at the begining even though the headphone is too tight on my ears. The sound quality was good. But only after two weeks, the back connector started to crack. After that the device didn't work anymore.

The new ones crack also!
3 Star Review   By member rmtoberman - Jun 3, 2006

Strengths: Sound great and work without Ipod

Weakness: Band breaks

I bought mine in January and the band just cracked, six months later. I called Logitech and they have a special 800 number just for the band crack issue. They don't replace them now, they want you to send them back and fax your reciept and then they issue a refund check. I will probably buy them again with the check as long as I can get the rebate again.

I am content with this purchase
4 Star Review   By member mderan - Jun 2, 2006

Strengths: Wireless, Sound is better than expected, Battery life longer than indicated

Weakness: Large, Slightly uncomfortable for long periods of time, Range is decent but not great.

I bought these headphones for use with a non-iPod mp3 player as well as my PC. After connecting the headphones I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the audio. I would say that the sound is rich and offers much more bass than I would have ever predicted. Additionally the battery life is better than their 8 hour claim. I am listening to the headphones right now and I'm over the 10 hour mark since the last recharge. The volume control built into the headphones is convenient. Unfortunately those without an iPod, like myself, cannot take advantage of the other remote control functions. These are definitely a decent buy especially with the current $50 rebate. I wouldn't suggest paying $100 for them but I can justify < $50 for a decent pair of wireless headphones

good product, poor customer support
3 Star Review   By member edavid - May 9, 2006

Strengths: good quality due to digital link, good radio range, lightweight headphones

Weakness: not very comfortable, no output jack on headphones, high latency, fragile adapter cable, poor customer support

These headphones function well. The Bluetooth link gives good range and is more convenient than IR. Since it's a digital link you get good audio quality to the point where it stops working. I didn't notice any interference from my 802.11g network. Latency through the Bluetooth link is pretty high, so if you try to watch TV with these, you will notice that the audio is out of sync with the video. On the other hand, they are not as comfortable as over the head style headphones. The plastic headband seems flexible enough not to break. The biggest problem I had was with Logitech support. I had a problem with the adapter cable for non-iPod use and had to ask for a new one. This required a long wait on hold on the non-tollfree telephone support line, then more long waits before they finally agreed to send a replacement. It took almost a month to receive it. During that time I tried to find out the status by email but they said I had to call again, involving more waits on hold, and then I couldn't find out the status anyway. I don't think they even mailed it until I called to ask where it was. Very frustrating.

No wires
4 Star Review   By member porkmeat - Apr 24, 2006

Strengths: wireless, battery life, reception

Weakness: sound quality, does not work on newer generation of ipods.

This works as it is advertised. It used bluetooth technology to get rid of the wires. The reception and battery are both very good. The sound quality is not the best, however, I can't expect much since this is wireless. One of the best features is the ability to control the ipod on the headphone itself. Unfortunately, this doesn't work with the ipod nano. Apparently, Logitech is working on a new design to accommodate the nano. This also works on other mp3 players, you just won't be able to control it through the headphone.

don't even bother
2 Star Review

Strengths: wireless if you're absolutely still

Weakness: everything else

my parents bought these for me for my birthday and they're so awful that i'm sending them back and getting the money back for them! the sound is fine - even my movie sound editor boyfriend liked them...at the stated 30 feet and around a couple of corners. the problem is the physicality of the product. i'm a small woman, and they were still simply too tight. i know that they are meant to be worn around the back of the head, but this presents a huge problem - they slip off during workouts! the reason i got these headphones is to MOVE! dance, cardio workouts, etc. and if i wear a ponytail to put the headphone band over (to keep it from slipping down) the speakers don't reach my ears! they're too short and NOT ADJUSTABLE! this product was a silly waste of my time and i'm surprised that the company allowed a one-size-obviously-doesn't-fit-too-many product get to market.

Logitech Wireless Headphones for iPod
4 Star Review   By member mat621 - Mar 13, 2006

Strengths: wireless, sound quality, decent battery life

Weakness: material seems not durable

Bluetooth connection from iPod to headphones is easy and quick. Great sound quality for wireless. Battery life is pretty decent, not as long as advertised, but still OK. The material used for the headphones doesn't seem to be durable. I won't be surprised if it breaks after moderate/frequent usage.

THe good and bad
3 Star Review   By member consumer836482 - Mar 12, 2006

Strengths: The sound quality, its WIRELESS?

Weakness: COMFORT, i have a 7 1/8 head and it feels like a clamp is on my head.

not sure if i'm going to return them or on due to comfort level, i heard a lot of similar complaints from people who i knew bought them. i must say they are right. BEFORE BUYING THEM ASK THE A SALES PERSON (if your in a store) THAT YOU WANT TO TRY THEM ON (or to remove them from the box to see if they will connect to your ipod). Because you might get home and get a headache from wearing these.

Nice headphone
4 Star Review   By member mpradman - Mar 6, 2006

Strengths: wireless, very good sound quality, Nice reception, easy to configure and setup, works with other audios too.

Weakness: bulky, not flexible, filmsy material

It was very easy to setup and get it work. sound quality is very good, much better than many headphones. Reception is very good and range is nice enough at about 30 ft. downside is its filmsy material. looks brittle. Size is bulky.

Strengths: Great to use with Ipods

Weakness: Not flexible enough

I got these Logitech Wireless Headphones. They work great with the Ipod. It is easy to set up. However, I did not like that it wasn't too flexible and can be a bit tight around the head for some people. Overall, good product.

Logitech Wireless Headphones for Ipod
4 Star Review   By member alexpopo1 - Feb 20, 2006

Strengths: Bluetooth wireless

Weakness: Bulky, cheap headband

I really like these headphones. I do not own an Ipod and use them with my computer with the included extension cord and I get good sound quality and very good range. The build quality could be better and they could be smaller and lighter, but overall they function very well.

Awesome if you buy the updated version!
5 Star Review   By member camshaft - Feb 13, 2006

The older ones did crack in the back as people said, but logictech fixed the issue. You can tell whether you have the new or the old ones by the color. The older ones that crack look identical to the ones you usually see in the pictures, where everything is white. On the newer ones, most of the headphones including the headband is grey. Only the two circular center caps on each ear are white. So just make sure you get the grey ones. The actual headphones are great. Some people have said the sound isn't that great, but that's only when you compare them to other high end wired headphones in the same price range, like a pair of sennheisers. Compared to the ipod earbuds and the typical Sony, TDK, or Philips wrap-around style headphones that everyone uses with their ipods or cd-payers, the sound quality of these is noticeably better. Just don't expect them to sound like a $100 pair of wired sennheisers. The comfort is at about the same level as the $15 sony wrap around headphones I was using before. My ears started to ache a little the first time I wore them for more than an hour, but the same thing happens to me with most headphones, and it quickly went away after that. The volume can reach the same level as my sony headphones did. I don't remember how loud the ipod buds got, so I can't comment on those. It's usually best to leave the ipod volume at max or near max, and use the headphone volume to adjust the level. Getting the headphones and transmitter to connect the first time can be a little bit of a hassle but you only have to do it once. Also, whenever you want to turn them on, turn the headphones on first then turn the ipod on by pressing the center ipod button in the middle of the scroll wheel. This then turns the transmitter on. If you press any other button such as the play button on the ipod to turn the ipod on, you'll then have to turn the transmitter on manually. Bottom line, with the $50 rebate until next month, I'd recommend these without any doubts. But the full price of $100 is a little expensive, so you may want to wait.

OK if you find a deal on 'em
2 Star Review   By member garkman - Feb 9, 2006

Strengths: Fairly cheap now (sub-$75), good company support (Logitech), no wires - yipee!

Weakness: Limited Ipod compatibility, bulky size

Overall these are a fairly good buy if you absolutely have to have wireless headphones. Also only recommend of the ones it's meant to work with...Ipod gen 4, mini, etc...check their website for the list. Will not work (fit) properly on the latest generation Ipods (Nano/Video).

Decent, but could be improved
3 Star Review   By member soigne - Feb 3, 2006

Strengths: Bluetooth signal quality is high, sound quality is much better than the standard iPod earbuds, built in controls are very handy.

Weakness: Headband is flimsy and could be sturdier, bluetooth adapter for the iPod is too big.

Battery life is quoted at 8 hours but actually lasts about 6 in my experience. The bluetooth adapter that plugs into the iPod is too big in my opinion. Also I agree with other reviews that the headband is too flimsy and I worry about it breaking, however I am also told that Logitech will provide a new one if the existing one fails. On the plus side, they did include a short 3.5mm mini male-female adapter so that these headphones can be plugged into any 3.5mm mini audio jack.

Nice headset
5 Star Review   By member niceshipping - Jan 30, 2006

Strengths: Cool design, good sound quality

Weakness: Cheap material for the headband.

I'm pretty happy using this headset all the time, the range is really wide, can't complain about the sound quality. Also, it's extremely easy to set up, just push a button then the transmitter pairs with the headset. Awesome product.

Good sound quality
4 Star Review   By member Electronic King - Jan 30, 2006

Strengths: Sound quality is pretty good for a wireless headset

Weakness: Headband cracked in the middle after 10 days

This is a really cool gadget, I hooked it up with my ipod mini and it worked like a charm. However, it cracked in the middle of the headband after 10 days, this is very frustrating as I really like this headset, the quality is really good for a wireless headset and the range is awesome as well. 4.5 stars for the headset but 2 stars for the quality of the material. I got a replacement from logitech and they work pretty well. I can hook them up to my laptop and use a bluetooth mouse at the same time. Everything is wireless. I love my wireless headphones! I love technology!

Do NOT buy it
1 Star Review   By member passogiau - Jan 23, 2006

Strengths: Lack of wires

Weakness: Fragility, lack of comfort

Do NOT buy this product! First, it is not comfortable, makes one's ears hurt due to the weight of the earphones and the pressure of the connecting head band. Worse yet, they don't last. Mine broke after just three weeks of use, the head band snapped

Logitech Wireless Headphones for iPod - Neat Item, but not exactly quality sound.
3 Star Review   By member supratt360 - Jan 20, 2006

Strengths: the wireless capability is certainly convenient, connects fast & efficiently, doesn't take too long to charge

Weakness: bulky, sound isn't great, reception is only good within 15 feet, not well-constructed, not comfortable with the pressure against ears, battery dies sooner than i'd like

I decided to get this item for the convenience of being able to listen to my music without wires. I have a Logitech keyboard/mice set that I'm VERY pleased with, so I thought I'd give them a shot in this regard. The item seems a bit flimsy to the touch, and it feels bulky. Nevertheless, you don't experience this when you wear it. However, I wouldn't be too comfortable placing this item in my backpack, etc, for fear that it might snap in two. I was hoping the reception would be good within the 30' as was advertised, but mine is only good within 15'. Finally, the sound is good, not GREAT. Bass is good, treble is just ok. When I use it with my iPod mini, I wish it was better, considering I'm a music NUT, so I'm BIG on treble & clarity. Also, wearing it for extended periods of time makes my ears hurt. Activating the wireless connection between the adapter and the headphone unit is a jif, as is charging it (1.5-2 hours for me, lasts about 6 hours). This item is a very convenient little gadget to have if you need to complete a task without having to be bothered by wires (cooking, working, etc). Overall, this unit doesn't hold a flame to my wireless Sennheiser RS130 headphones nor my silly Sony MDRG82LP headphones. What they DO beat are the dumb earphones that come with the iPod. It would also be nice if this gadget was compatible with the newer iPod G5 line (video iPod, Nano, etc), but no dice!

Also connects with Bluetooth A2DP profile
4 Star Review   By member H Paul - Jan 20, 2006

Strengths: Three possible uses: iPod, any headphone output, and Bluetooth stereo A2DP connection

Weakness: Still a bit bulky, should have used a mini-USB charging port

The sound quality is surprisingly good because it uses Bluetooth 1.2 rather than 1.1. My favorite feature is not noted in the instructions that came with the headphones: this product uses the A2DP profile. This means that even when the included transmitter is turned off and set aside, you can pair the headphones with any Bluetooth device that has the A2DP profile enabled (sometimes called, as in the BlueSoleil software, "AV Headphone" as opposed to the more typical "Headset" profile). What's more, the track forward/back and play/pause buttons on this product will control Windows Media Player on a paired computer. As more and more products begin to include the A2DP stereo Bluetooth profile (including mobile phones but not, unfortunately, any V CAST Music models), this product will become increasingly versatile. Overall I am very pleased with it. The widely reported issue of the neckband breaking is (I guess) probably due to big heads, let's be honest -- but Logitech has reportedly admitted to the problem and has developed a new injection molding that won't break. Call them for details on how to replace a broken headset -- I think they have very good customer service.

Logitech Wireless Headphones for Ipod
4 Star Review   By member jmurray05verizonnet - Jan 17, 2006

Strengths: Decent sound without wire to catch on everything. Works well within a room or office area. With the after holiday Logitech rebate offer, very reasonable price.

Weakness: Large adapter for ipod mini.

Received the wireless headphones quickly. Do not know about battery life yet still too new. Overall very happy with the purchase especially when you add in the after holiday Logictech rebate offer. Do not think there would be any competing wireless headphones in this price range.

Great Addition to your Ipod !!
5 Star Review   By member cenglerp - Jan 16, 2006

Strengths: Goog sound, easy connection, and you can even control your Ipod remotely.

Weakness: A little heavy.

I have been using these headphones for a week now and I could not be any happier. The sound quality is excellent and it fits nicely in my head. You can change the volume, skip songs, and pause/play your Ipod with the buttons cleverly located on the right ear side. It is a little heavy, but not heavy enough to bother me.

Logitech IPod Headphones
5 Star Review   By member bulldog93 - Jan 16, 2006

Strengths: Wireless.

Weakness: Head band seems to be cheap quality plastic.

Wireless is always good if quality doesn't suffer. These headphones sound great. The battery life seems to be as advertised. The plastic wraparound head band seems to be of a cheap quality.

Very Useful and Convenient!
4 Star Review   By member jawsman50 - Jan 16, 2006

Strengths: -NO WIRES!!! YES!!! -Not Just for IPOD! -Good battery life -Volume and navagation buttons very convenient -Easy to use -Very Stylin' -Charger has 2 outputs for dual charging

Weakness: -Tight on most heads -Plastic on band is very stiff and seems fragile

I have been using these headphones for almost 2 weeks and am really enjoying them. I use them on my ipod at home, gym, work and even when I'm outside walking around or doing yard work. I have been looking for a product like the for a long time. These headphones look very good on the user, unlike other wireless headphones I've owned that went over the top of the head and were very bulky. Many reviews say that they only work with IPOD, but this is untrue. They come with a little plug extension so you can use the with anything that has a headphone jack. I use them with my stereo, computer and portable dvd player. Which are great because you are not restricted to being 2 feet away from the screen and don't have a wire whacking you in the arm. The headphones themselves have their own independent volume, so you can still adjust the volume from the headphones when using non-IPOD products. The only dislikes I have about the headphones is that the headphones are a kind of tight. I have a 7 1/8 size head, which I don't think is extremely large, so these headphone may be tight on most. I want to try to widen them, but the plastic on the band seems very "hardened", which means it will probably break rather then bend. It also makes me very cautious when putting on and taking off the headphones. Overall, I think it's a good product and recommend these headphones to anyone who hates having wires dangling around the body like they're a Flag-Pole.

I love Bluetooth Wireless
4 Star Review   By member Gecko48336 - Jan 14, 2006

Strengths: Bluetooth wireless that gives you 30 feet to wander, remote control of my 20gig Ipod basic funtions, can use in Europe (charger)

Weakness: Headband seems a bit flimsy, wish it also came with a universal bluetooth dongle for my pc also. Retail price very steep.

I love the concept of listening to my ipod around my office or home without having to carry it around with me. I hate feeling tethered to it like people playing slot machines player cards tethering them to the slot machine! Pretty comfortable wearing them and they look stylish. I would highly recommend them if you can find them at a reasonable price

Worth it if you get a deal on them
3 Star Review   By member rbokuniewicz - Jan 12, 2006

Strengths: Good sound quality for wireless

Weakness: Band is said to easily break, not compatible with 5G iPod

The sound quality is decent and the lack of support for 5G ipods is noted. The battery life isn't awesome with this. It is nice not to have any annoying cords dangling while listening to music. I would't pay full price for them though. .

sleek headphones, exclusively for IPOD
3 Star Review   By member fseto - Jan 11, 2006

Strengths: looks coollightweight

Weakness: very tightonly works with Ipodbattery life

OK sound for a wireless headphones. note that this works exclusively with Ipod, as the plug doesn't fit other devices. In fact, it only fits certain models of ipod. The battery life is only 8 hrs, which have a lot of room for improvement. The headband seems to be fairly fragile and it's very tight... maybe I just have a big head.

Fragile but ok for the price
3 Star Review   By member sreemv - Jan 11, 2006

Strengths: Sleek, nice volume controls, good range

Weakness: fragile, not very comfy on the ears

Overall a decent product but watch for its stretch limits. Will break if you stretch it even a little further than necessary, hurts ears if you use it for longer durations.

Good option
4 Star Review   By member sactobong - Jan 11, 2006

Strengths: It works as described. Easy to configure. Good price.

Weakness: Bulky design.

Affordable option for wireless headphones. Integrates well with iPod. It's bulkier than the buds but controls are accessible on the headphone. Sturdy design backed by a reputable company. Be aware that these headphones are not compatible with the 5G iPods and they do not work with Shuffle or Nano.

Excellent sound, but the build quality could be better....
4 Star Review   By member ReSiDeNtGrOuCh - Jan 11, 2006

Strengths: Very clear sound, great battery life.

Weakness: Build quality, signal strength isn't great.

I've been using this for a while, and just bought another one as a gift for a friend. The sound quality is pretty good for behind the ear headphones, but you really have to be careful with the plastic band behind the head. The batter life is also very good, it stands true to the estimate. Another thing that stands true to the estimate is the range, it barely gets 30 feet, and the sound quality gets worse the further you go. As for the receiver, it's pretty light and won't add too much weight to the ipod in your pocket. Overall, I got it for a good price, I wouldn't spend the MSRP of $125, but for a little less, it's a great product.

Very nice headphones, but not fully compatible with Video iPod
4 Star Review   By member leejoh2 - Jan 6, 2006

Strengths: Good sound quality and comfortable.

Weakness: Track control on the headphones does not work with Video iPod

Very happy with the headphones, too bad that it is not fully comptiable with the Video iPod. I would give it a 5 star overall rating if it is truly compatible to all iPod. I called Logitech's product support line and was told that they have no plan to come out with a new wireless headphones that will work with 5G iPods. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Logitech Bluetooth Headphones
3 Star Review

Strengths: Control Functions on right earpiece are very handy.

Weakness: Signal seems to "cut out" from time to time if transmitter is in a jacket pocket. Headphones are a little on the heavy side.

Nice porduct overall. Signal seems to "cut out" from time to time if transmitter is in a jacket pocket. Headphones are a little on the heavy side. Battery life has been great, still on first charge.
