Super fast phone with a great battary
5 Star Review   By teacher30909 on AT&T - Nov 4, 2013

I pick up this phone up a few days ago and love it. The display is sharp and the fun is very fast, no lag on it what so ever. I like the size. Its not to big for me. But the best thing is the battery life. I can get a good day and half out of it. No more charging it every night. Great Great Great Phone!

Awesome phone for a former iPhone junkie
5 Star Review   By Texasmelrose2 on AT&T - Sep 3, 2013

This phone is amazing. I finally got fed up with the tiny iPhone screen and was in the market for a Samsung Note. Lucky for me the salesman at the AT&T store I went to had an LG Optimus G Pro as his personal phone and showed it to me and raved about how much he loved it. I hadn't heard of this phone, seems all you hear about are the Samsung Galaxy phones lately. I went home and did a LOT of research and read a lot of expert reviews on the GPRO. Needless to say I was sold and went back and got one that night. It has been about a month now and I absolutely love this phone. It is very fast, awesome screen, great camera, etc etc. I can't say enough good things about this phone AND I am loving the Android apps....didn't even realize how limited I was with Apple! If you are on the fence, get this phone. I don't think you will regret it!

Great Phone, Not so great Battery
3 Star Review   By BDA45 on AT&T - Aug 22, 2013

This is a great phone and delivers on all the advertised items it boast, however they fail to mention that it is one of the top battery draining phones out there! If you don't constantly make power saving adjustments you will drain the battery in 4-5 hours. I switched from a Galaxy Note 2 to this phone as the display is by far the best on the current market but soon found its worst kept secret that it's a power hog. I purchased a VERY large battery (9300mhn) online and now go a whole day before needing a recharge.

NO OTTERBOX
2 Star Review   By freetb on AT&T - Aug 21, 2013

Don't buy this phone until an Otterbox for it is on the market. I owned the phone for over a month. I was very pleased with it but I had searched high and low for proper protection for it (including a belt holster). Then it fell out of my pocket while I was entering my car and it hit the car door and slide under the seat. I did not think it would have been damaged. I was wrong. The front glass shattered like a cheap mirror. I also believe the sound quality of the speaker could have been better and many people complained that they had trouble hearing me. It is a nice device but I had to wonder if I should have just gotten a tablet and a flip phone.

So far, so awesome!
5 Star Review   By Jayl415 on AT&T - Aug 18, 2013

I purchased this phone when my Motorola Atrix HD began to show signs that the battery was degrading. I did my research on phones with REPLACEABLE BATTERIES, and most reviews claimed that this phone has an excellent battery-life rating. I liked its other features, so I decided to go for it. WOW!!! Am I glad I did. Not only has the battery proven itself to be a small power plant, but the phone is a joy to use overall. Like other reviewers, I am beginning to wonder why this phone is not getting more "press." It's too good not to be featured as a top-pick. I can only offer this small word of negative-sounding advice: if you like having a tiny phone, don't buy this one. The LG Optimus G Pro does not claim to be baby-sized. I've seen some writers call it a "phablet," which I take to mean a "phone/tablet." Well, it is. When I hold it up to my ear, it is noticeably larger than the Atrix HD. In spite of its size, I can hold it securely and comfortably, but I confess that I have "big hands." BUT - the positive trade-off is that I can actually READ it! And the display is stunning: beautiful full HD (1080p). I have watched videos, read some items on Kindle and Nook, and have surfed the web - all with a smooth, comfortable, clear view. A little bonus? If I don't like the default text font, I can CHANGE it! I've never seen that feature in a phone before. Here's another techie-geek coolness: this phone supports Miracast, so I can send my 1080p video from the phone to the Netgear WiDi/Miracast adapter on my TV. It also supports Near-Field Communications (NFC), but I haven't had a need for that so far. I would comment (again, slightly negatively), that NFC was turned on by default - so I turned it off knowing that I would not need it, at least for a while. (ANY TIME you can turn off unnecessary services on your phone, you are extending battery life.) So let's talk again about that battery. I have owned two iPhones prior to the Atrix HD, and I had begun to miss the legendary battery life of a well-configured iPhone. With the Atrix HD, I lived for more than a year leaving Bluetooth off and turning it on only when I was in the car or otherwise needed to use it. I never had to do that with my iPhones, so it was something I missed. Well, with the Optimus G Pro, whoo-hooo!!! I have left Bluetooth on constantly since I first powered up the phone, and I am seeing anywhere from 24-36 hours of battery life, under some fairly heavy usage (YouTube, lots of emails, lots of surfing). Best of all - as far as I can tell, this phone could sleep for a week or more and still run background synchronization for my email and calendar items. (I had to turn that off on the Atrix HD as well.) OK - I have gone on and on, but I could continue. I rarely rave about technology because it's actually my JOB to be critical and look for better and better solutions.... but I am telling you folks, this is a fantastic phone. It deserves every one of the 5 stars I am giving it!!

Wow, wow, wow! Until you get use to it...
3 Star Review   By OverratedTech on AT&T - Aug 14, 2013

I am on my third one in one month. Others were never damaged, brought back in mint condition. But both times the phone was suddenly freezing and locking up all the time. Even after a few factory resets the phone got worse. Eventually even while locked the screen was turning features on and off, sending random texts, calling people etc... I couldn't deal with it anymore. Now this third one is starting to do all the same.

5 Star Review   By Whitney1031 on AT&T - Aug 7, 2013

I have just got this phone today and I have to tell you that it is awesome. I don't understand why att doesn't promote this phone as much as it does with the galaxy s3 and 4.The battery life like it goes on forever, I rarely use my charger. So if you are someone who loves a big display this phone is the one for you. Only if it got the attention it needed it would no doubt be number one.

The phone is an all round performer, easy to use, powerful processor, Smooth with no lag at all, battery lasts a whole day with fairly heavy usage (youtube/spotify/games) on wi-fi and LTE. This is probably the best device currently on AT&T but less known.

Better specs and $200 cheaper than the Note
5 Star Review   By NickNSuellen on AT&T - Aug 2, 2013

My wife and I picked up two of these today and we are both very pleased. The screen is very vivid with great color. The processing power is very impressive, and makes the phone feel instantly responsive. We both wanted a larger phone (upgrading from an Iphone4) and thusfar the LG is an upgrade in just about every way. Battery life will remain to be seen but this phone packs an impressive sized battery. Save a couple hundred bucks and pick up one of these over the Note II (which has a lower res screen and slightly less powerful processor). -Nic

Great phone with cool features
4 Star Review   By Crushing85 on AT&T - Jul 25, 2013

I had a HTC One X for a year and I loved it. It had a good size screen and it was easy to use. Unfortunatly, it parished when I dropped it in the tub. So when I upgraded I decided to try a different phone out. I love the size and the fact the Optimus Pro. is easy to use. The sound on it is great and the features are cool. Only two downsides, the battery dies quick. I could go all day without my HTC dying, but by the time I get off work, my Optimus is dying. All I really do is txt on it. I also don't care for the Camera. The picture quality is good and the edit options for the pictures are cool, but the darkness/lighting of the pictures aren't that great. I know you can adjust the lighting but it's either too dark or too light. Over all, I would def. recomend this phone!

Very problematic
3 Star Review   By TexAggie20 on AT&T - Jul 24, 2013

I'm on my 3rd Optimus as of right now, and I've had to call the warranty dept again about multiple issues the phone has given me, on the first day! My 1st and 2nd had the same issues after the "Value Pack" update went to my phone. my 3rd one which is a "Certified Like-New" device, won't even connect to the network, I've tried everything ranging from a new battery, new SIM card and 2 factory resets. If you like "phablet" type phones, I would suggest going with the Samsung Galaxy Note II. I've been with LG for years, and the only LG product that has given me problems, is this one.

Did my research on all top android devices att has. Took time in store to play with them all. This phone is perfection in all aspects of its build and blows the others out of the water. Yea new phones are comin out, but there gets a limit to speed and processing. This phone beats the top processsors out now even though it is a lower processor speed.. ONLY PHONE IVE NEVER SEEN LAG ON. PERIOD....SMOOOOTH...... Good cases can be found online.

Mckenzi
5 Star Review   AT&T

This phone is the best phone all around. The battery alone is the best. I got up at 4:50 am and took my phone off the charger to go to slidell for tournament, my phone stayed on 100% battery until 6:40 where it finally dropped to 99%. It didnt drop to 90% until around 12:30. By about 5:30 when the tournament was over, it was on 75%. The phone lasted me all the way until 12:30 a.m the next morning before finally dropping to 5%. I AM A VERY MEDIUM TO HEAVY USER. im 16, im constantly texting, and on social media. This was with the brightness on about 35% the entire time. Best battery out there. The design, of the phone is really well built. its smooth and feels really nice in the hand. the screen is really big so its great for watching movies and that type of stuff. i have rather small hands so its just hard to hit the back button a little but im not complaining at all. The sound quality could be a little better, but its petty loud and decent. the display on the phone is really crisp and clear. i think it has the best crisp display for being a 5.5 inch screen. i have an incipio case on it, and i have a really good grip with it. the phone is very fast. it could be running 4.2.2 but maybe it will get 4.3 or KLP when it comes out. the phone never freezes or restarts. iv only had it for 4 days. but it is by far the best phone iv ever had. Iv had the galaxy note 2, galaxy s3, galaxy s4, the htc one, iphone 5, blackberry z10, and htc one x+. this phone beats all of them overall. It has alot of features and a really cool UI. Its a really good choice, if your looking for a phone to get from AT&T. Full 5 stars.

Best phablet I have ever used.
5 Star Review   By SoggyWKing on AT&T - Jul 20, 2013

I really enjoy this phone. The screen is beautiful and can see well outdoors. What LG has done with their UI has improved a lot from their previous phones. The camera takes great pictures and if you like to play games. This is the phone for you. Grab a Moga controller and go to town. But it is a big phone much like the Galaxy Note and Note 2. When I first purchased had problems finding a case for it. But now you can find them all around. I think the battery did well too. 32g of storage built in and expandable memory. Not ideal if you want to text with one hand all the time. But they do have a option built in to adjust the keyboard to the left or right for one handed use. So this improves it a lot. I honestly enjoyed this phone the most. And I think it is the best I have ever used. I purchased the Galaxy S4 and took it back three days later for this.

i love mine ! battery life great!
5 Star Review   AT&T

I play games but not heavy on talks and text but still have 70 -80% of my battery after working 12 hrs; I used to have LG optimus which I also loved but I used to charged it about x3 during my shift to have @ least 60 % when I get home! I upgraded on LG Pro for the screen size and battery life! My pictures comes out better and clearer! Easy to use and hold and size isn't a problem @ all! The only thing that's a con for me is my favorite game bejeweled 2 is not compatible with this device! You can disable your data if you don't need it and will make your battery last longer!

The Best Phone in the market LG has to offer.
5 Star Review   By RAWW on AT&T - Jul 11, 2013

I have had HTC phones for a few years and wanting to trade for the new HTC One phone that came out a few months ago. I stopped at a AT&T corporate store to make a trade and I came across the LG Optimus G Pro and it drew me right away not only for the size appeared but the many features it had compared to the HTC One. I was sold when I explored the many features the LG offered and I am glad to say I am glad I have made the choice to switch to the LG. If you're looking to trade or buy a new phone I strongly urge you to get the LG Optimus G Pro. You won't be disappointed. :)

CAlls are dropped over and over again. Bad charger out of the box
3 Star Review   By Gdog00187 on AT&T - Jul 10, 2013

Sure its nice, and has a lot of great features, but it came with a bad charger, had to swap it out for a new one, at our local att store, and then it started dropping calls. Replaced the sim, and its still doing it, so im taking it back, I may pick up the S4. Samsung has the quality, and function im looking for when signing a 2 year commitment. Took a chanch on LG and they failed.

5 Star Review   By Ghostbizz on AT&T - Jul 5, 2013

If your someone who worries about commitment to a phone with questionable actions, well look no further I am not a cellphone person I'm 20yrs old and you think i would be but I'm not. The reason is because most smartphone companies NEVER try and perfect their cellphones. Well Samsung did I am blown away by the power and high quality of this phones software power. I am happy to have taken a chance on this phone because it is astonishing I wish there were more color choices but that's ok. I would say much much more but I'm not a cellphone salesman and i won't be making money from reviewing this but trust me it's worth it the phone is amazing

Amazing device
5 Star Review   By BensonsGrandfather on AT&T - Jul 2, 2013

Switched from Apple last year to the Samsung Galaxy S3, what an upgrade! Then I decided 6 months later that I needed something larger and got this Optimus G Pro after comparing to the Note 2. Everything about this device is better than the Note 2, this is the best Android device out there (in this screen size). The screen clarity, photos and video, apps, memory size, lack of bloatware, simplicity of use all overshadow anything comparable.

BEST PHONE ON THE MARKET
5 Star Review   By Apollo88 on AT&T - Jun 30, 2013

My overall experience with this phone is ecstatic!!! I tried all of the popular phones out now and they all seemed to lack something. It was either the phone lagged (GS4). The battery life was really poor (Iphone 5) or wasn't fast enough (HTC One). The Optimus G Pro has it all. The 5.5 1080P inch screen is the best out. Its LG at their best. I promise, you will love this phone!!!

This is the best!!!!!!
5 Star Review   By jaw62901 on AT&T - Jun 28, 2013

With the deal that AT&T has running until June 30th with the phone trade in and deals on the phones I decided it was time to upgrade from my Iphone 3. I went into the store expecting to get an Iphone 4 until I saw the LG Optimus G Pro after playing with the display phone for a while I was sold. With my Iphone 3 I was charging the phone once sometimes twice at work and then again on the way home or at home. I charged it last night since it had just come out of the box and have used it a bunch today and still hae 85% of my battery left. I don't know what I like better, the size of the screen, the fast web surfing, the long lasting battery, great display color, or the ease of use. If anyone is looking for a new phone with a larger screen that's fast and has lots of memory this is the phone for you.

Way better than the Note 2
5 Star Review   By Shyshy808 on AT&T - Jun 27, 2013

I have been a samsung fan for a a very long time. I had the s2,to the note, to the s3,to the note than note 2. I did a lot of research on the LG optimus g pro before coming to conclusion on getting one. I even went into att to play with the device for several hours. What can I say. I am now a fan of LG. My G Pro is so much better than any samsung product. From the screen to the sms messaging to the customization. The G Pro has it all. I can goon and on about the positives on this device but I'm not. The only negative I have is I wish at&t had it in white, and an improved speaker phone. If your thinking about changing from Samsung to LG do it. You have a 14 day return policy so take a chance. Trust me you will love every it of it.

Fantastic Phone
4 Star Review   By Joneje4 on AT&T - Jun 25, 2013

Hands down the best phone I have ever had. Screen, camera, features, ease of use, all great. Only bad thing I can say about this phone is that the speaker phone is not very good. Other than that I highly recommend it. I recently switchd to AT&T from another carrier and started out with a Samsung Galaxy s3. This phone blows the Galaxy out of the water. I had to put my Samsung on charger by 11am. Its now 10:30 pm and I have been using my phone since 6am and it hasnt been on the charger once. AMAZING!!!

Great Upgrade from the Note II
5 Star Review   By x5denali1 on AT&T - Jun 25, 2013

Bought this device to replace my Galaxy Note II due to the impressive 1080p screen and 13mp camera, in addition to the other small software touches it has, such as pop-up text messaging, etc. Could not be more impressed with this product as it is clearly the best (and my first) LG smartphone. The battery life equals if not exceeds that of my Note II. It charges super quick to be such a big battery. The speed at which the phone performs has been great. The customizable button on side is a plus. In addition you have the ability to change the look of stock icons if desired. I have owned this phone since launch on ATT and it is the first (Non-Nexus device) that I haven't had to apply a custom launcher to (yet). The Home button LED is icing on the cake as it is bigger and more noticeable than competitive devices!

Best large screen phone out there
5 Star Review   By Cbandolero on AT&T - Jun 14, 2013

I upgraded from a Blackberry Torch 9800 to the LG Optimus G Pro. I had looked at the iPhone but the iPhone’s screen size is too small for me. Then I looked into the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, it was the SCREEN SIZE I was looking for but doing research I came across the LG Optimus G Pro. The screen size is amazing and the best out there. Videos play perfect and pictures display amazingly clear. Viewing and editing documents is no problem using Polaris Office. I have all my vids and pics as mp4 and jpegs and they all play and display fine. The browser and Google navigation is super fast when connected to 4G. Volume is loud and clear. The only issue I had was synchronizing my contacts with my MacBook Pro, so now I use The Missing Sync from Mark/Space to do that. I bought a SIGEN case for it and fits perfect. I highly recommend this phone over all the Samsung phones, specially the Note2.

Galaxy Note 2 Killer but need a stronger battery
4 Star Review   By OGPawe on AT&T - Jun 13, 2013

This is a Galaxy Note 2 Killer but need a stronger battery. It is better than Galaxy Note 2 in everyway. The screen is 1080p vs 720p on Note 2. Also uses a super fast processor and butter smooth OS. I love watching my 1080p on this thing. Much more natural with the LCD than the AMOLED on the Galaxy Note 2 Being a killer phone, this takes a lot of power to run and the phone doesn't last a day with the original battery. Good thing there's a zerolemon 9300mAh battery out that resolves this problem for the phone.

Most underrated Phone
5 Star Review   By Baristashin on AT&T - Jun 9, 2013

Ok... Let's just say I had both Iphone and Galaxy. Iphone4 and Galaxy S2. I never thought to try LG and wanted to upgrade S4 when it comes out, but I saw 5.5inches with 3100 Battery LG Optimus G pro. I use phone mostly to do internet, movies(youtube) and games. I was amazed how long last this battery lasts with LG Optimus G pro comparing to S2(Which I had to charge atleast two three times day with my use habit). Screen is crisp clear and so big and bright. Better screen than Galaxy. Only thing I didn't like was the voice command, which didn't come with the phone or either I couldn't find one. I think this is the phone that's most underrated smartphone on the market. Try this phone if you are into big screen, long lasting battery, and responsive speed, and crytal clear screen.

Best phone I have ever owned
5 Star Review   By elwood33 on AT&T - Jun 7, 2013

This is a great phone and its specs and features blow away the Galaxy Note II. Though the Galaxy Note II screen is not bad, and they are the same size the screen on the Optima G Pro is amazingly sharp. The universal remote program works very well and is a nice bonus, had no problems connecting to any of my no name brand electronics. A cool feature on this phone that is not advertised and the at&t rep selling me the phone didn't even know about is the wireless charging. Lucking a LG rep just happened to be in the at&t store and explained that the at&t version was ready to go for wireless charging. Additionally, the backing on the folio case they sell is also able to wirelessly charge.

Great phone to recommend
5 Star Review   By bonzai on AT&T - Jun 6, 2013

If you have seen or read all of the reviews for this phone here and you see almost all of them giving 5 stars, I think it means something don't you think. I, for one, agree with all the reviewers here, and I do recommend this phone to anyone who is in the market for an upgrade and wants to buy a phablet like the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or the LG Optimus G Pro. I recommend the LG Optimus Optimus G Pro because it is faster, has full HD screen (1920x1080), same screen size as the Note 2 but built a tad smaller, which is nice on the hands. Who needs an S pen stylus anyway? I use my fingers to write. Works faster on the fly. Best part about it is the LED notification button at the bottom of the phone to display emails, notifications, charge status, etc. Cool feature to let me glance at the phone all the time for emails or notifications coming in. I have had many phones before but I like this phone because its big screen is so much easier on the eyes, and the colors on the LCD is pleasant to look at. Despite that it is not advertised aggressively as all the Samsung phones, LG can save the marketing money to build better phones in the future. I don't have any issues with this phone. It does everything I asked for. Quick and fast is the first thing I noticed. That already sells me the phone.

Powerful device with an amazing display
5 Star Review   By wickedsd on AT&T - Jun 6, 2013

This phone is awesome! I love the clarity of its display; 1080p Full HD! The Optimus G Pro takes amazing pictures with its 13mp camera; great for capturing our beautiful sunsets. The battery life is superb, I get a full day of use out of it. With a quad-core processor it can handle everything that I need to do, and more. I can use it to operate my TV and Cable Box; the setup was a breeze. This phone is amazing.

After lots of research decided the LG Optimus G Pro was the best for my needs.
4 Star Review   By Silicron on AT&T - Jun 3, 2013

I've only had the phone for a few days, so this is really an initial thoughts review, but I wanted to share my opinions as a new user to the device that a lot of people could probably relate to. The Phone is big, but really easy to hold and use. I am a guy with smallish sized hands and I have no problem holding and using the device. It has a real nice feel in the hand and although it does take a little time to get used to, is not unwieldy to use at all. I really like the LED notification home button. Although you can’t customize which color it lights up, it does choose which color to use appropriately, such as blue for FB updates, Purple for Yahoo! Mail, red for charging, etc. I really wish additional QSlide apps were available and that you can customize the buttons on the Infrared remote app, but those updates are coming from LG from what I have gathered from the Internet. My only chief complaint is that there is no easily accessible voice dialer built into the phone. There is a Voice Command app that you can launch that responds to voice commands, but there is no voice dialer, or universal voice command feature built into the phone. Both the Galaxy S4 and the HTC One (amongst most modern Android phones), come with built in voice command features – Such as on the S4, where holding down the home button launches the SVoice app. The Korean version of the Optimus G Pro comes with QVoice, which is built into the phone and operates in a similar function to SVoice on Samsung devices, but that software was removed for the U.S. AT&T version of the phone…. WHY? Hopefully QVoice or similar functionality will come soon to the G Pro in an update, since its lack is a glaring issue with the phone. In the end, my search came down to two phones in the end, the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the LG Optimus G Pro. I used the HTC One and was not impressed by the device. I chose the G Pro over the S4 for these main reasons: 1) 50 dollars cheaper than the S4 when purchasing the same storage amount (32GB). 2) Better display technology in the OG Pro. This is a personal choice, since some (including me previously), prefer AMOLED screens, due to their deep blacks and vibrant (over saturated) colors, but the 5.5 inch True HD IPS LCD on the G Pro has many advantages – Superior whites, better outdoor visibility, more natural colors, more even color tones and better contrast. After comparing the two side by side extensively, I personally prefer the screen on the G Pro. 3) Built-in wireless charging. –The S4 does not offer wireless charging out of the box. 4) LED notification home button – nice feature. 5) Less intrusive skin software in comparison to the S4’s TouchWIz.

Great overall phone.
5 Star Review   By TechJunkie87 on AT&T - Jun 3, 2013

One of the best phones I've ever had.. I have been through both I phones & Samsung galaxy's. Two fastest phones out there right now are either the OGP or the S4. For me the OGP came on time because of the beautiful display. If you like faster speeds and do not mind smaller screens. I would go with the S4. It has been awhile since LG has came out with a decent phone to keep up with the competition. I can see why now, although not as advertised as much as the S4. The OGP can definitely perform close to if not better than the S4 in other aspects. Both phones will not disappoint you.

Excellent Phone - Complete Phone
5 Star Review   By SidGWU on AT&T - May 29, 2013

It is an excellent phone. I was due for an upgrade last month. First I bought the Note 2. Liked it but then returned it as it was not comfortable to hold. Then exchanged it for Z10.. Returned that too due to lack of applications. Then this came to the market. I was little reluctant to try it since it was LG .LG is not that known for cellphones. Read reviews about it and finally bought. Let me tell you all I DO NOT REGRET MY DECISION. It is way better than Note 2 in terms of features, dimensions etc. Very comfortable in holding. I believe it is some 0.4 mm smaller in width and Note 2. Believe this 0.4 mm doe make a difference. Its camera is 13 MP ,more than Note 2. Comes with 2 GB RAM. Screen display is good. Better than Note 2. All in all I would say its a much better buy than the Note 2. Price wise it is also cheaper than Note 2. I STRONGLY recommend this phone to all. Look no further. If your the types who likes big 5.5 screen ,just buy this

Best phone ever
5 Star Review   By smiley88 on AT&T - May 28, 2013

I took a shot and dared to be different. I decided to trade in my Samsung Galaxy 3s I had many problems and a sluggish battery. Then I went online and saw the LG Optimus G Pro a little big I thought but let me go see it! The reviews were amazing. Went to AT&T they were singing the praises of the new Galaxy4, ended up confused. Afterall this LG was much bigger but once in hand the ease was there! I went against the grain and was scared. Now 2 days in and NO REGRET. The phone does everything and anything but the best was the battery. I am always on my phone and I only had to charge it once. Thank You LG!

5 Star Review   By oreyna2001 on AT&T - May 27, 2013

This is by far the best smartphone of 2013. Amazing screen, long last battery life, simple user interface with usable features unlike samsung's gimmicky bloat. IMO this phone competes with the best phones on the market today and beats them in many cases. LG needs to do a better job of marketing this device to the masses.

NOT for using of Outlook!! =( =(
3 Star Review   By Uwood2 on AT&T - May 24, 2013

Outlook connectivity is a MUST HAVE for me. Sorry, but Gmail and Google just doesn't cut it for me. This was a MAJOR flaw in the phone. Unfortunately it has to go back to the store.=( Its a Large phone. If Outlook is not an issue for you, it is a good smart phone. After using iTunes, I wish it had some basic utility software for syncing music, ringtones, calendars, contacts, apps, etc. ~I consider this a major failure. I would NOT recommend to a friend because most of my friends use Outlook daily.

5 Star Review   By jonjonjon111 on AT&T - May 18, 2013

Even though ive only had this phone for 2 days i can say alot! I chose to get rid of my iphone 4 to the LG Optimus G Pro now there is a huge difference between these phones. LG is way bigger than the iPhone 4. I didnt know if that would be a good thing or a bad thing. When i held the LG optimus G pro in my hand it just felt rite. I love the big screen and it fits comfortably in my hand. It didnt take long to learn an android device. Its actually almost the same. It took a couple hours of playing around with the phone to understand how everything worked. The camera is great, the on screen display is amazing, the sound from the speaker is great as well. In my opinion way better than an iphone, but just remember it is alot bigger than the iPhones but it fits in the hand well, and also i can do alot with one hand use i dont NEED two hands. GREAT PHONE! And battery lasts a very long long time!

5 Star Review   By Vinny11 on AT&T - May 17, 2013

I tried the galaxy s4( which just seemed like more of the same gimmicks) and the htc one(which had issues with the back button bluetooth and a very unresponsive screen). In the end I found that while not spectacular on any one thing the optimus g pro does everything very well! Honestly I have no complaints about this device. I havent found anything it struggled to do well. Fast dependable great screen. Anyone in the market for a large screen phone should definitely give it a look.

Move over Samsung, LG is making a statement.
5 Star Review   By beny2 on AT&T - May 16, 2013

I wanted the biggest screen available, but didn't want to spend 300 bucks, Then came the LG Optimus G Pro. After researching this phone, I preordered it. I have had it a full week now and am very happy with it. The battery stays charged for 2 days and half days. The display is crystal clear. The camera takes stunning pics, although they seem slightly dark. I'm sure I can adjust that in the settings. The phone feels smaller in my hand than I would have guessed and you can really tell this baby has a blazing fast processor. For those reluctant to buy the LG Optimus G Pro because of the large size; ask yourself why you want a smartphone. If you're like me you want to watch the occasional video, look at pics you've taken, check the weather and radar (I work outdoors), play games to pass the time when you have to wait, do some reading such as the news or an ebook, etc. All of those things are easier and more enjoyable with this bright, clear, ample screen. If I only talked on my mobile I would go as small as I could, but who only talks these days? Give this phone some serious consideration, you may fall in love with it like I did.

Extremely happy, have nothing but positive to say about this phone!
5 Star Review   By TexasMaury on AT&T - May 16, 2013

I got a Note 2 last year and I loved it, however I was never really happy with the screen color, it always seemed a little on the blue side when the whites were displayed. THIS phone is nothing by phenomenal, I love how nice the screen looks, the colors look natural and the size is just right, it's thinner than the note 2 in terms of width and still manages to hold a 5.5 inch screen. The battery is exceptional and last me all day. I really never used the stylus on the note 2, so I really don't miss it. I have no regrets and would recommend this phone to anyone. I just don't know why At&t doesn't promote this phone as much as the Samsung, to me, this phone feels 10 times better than my old note 2. Would highly recommend this to anyone that likes large screen phones.

Former iPhone 5 user is WOWed by the LG Optimus G Pro
5 Star Review   By RoguehoNey on AT&T - May 15, 2013

I am a former iPhone user from 2007 and this is my first Android phone. I must say that I have never been happier with my phone. I use my phone for business and personal and had become bored and disappointed in Apple and their lack of innovation in their iPhone series. The screen is beautiful. The list of features and customization is endless. Camera is top notch. I was afraid that this phone was too big..being a female with small hands, but my fears have been put to rest. I got used to the size within 24 hours. While I know this size phone is not for everyone, if you're looking for a larger phone, check this one out. It's cheaper than the Samsung Note II and has 32 gb internal storage, plus you have the ability to add an SD card for extra storage. Battery life is awesome. My iPhone never lasted all day on a charge. Yesterday, I was at 86% charge at 6 pm. on this LG Optimus G Pro. I'm a satisfied customer.

I bought this phone after already having upgraded to the galaxy s4 for a few days, and I'm so happy I made the switch! I was originally thinking of upgrading my iPhone 4s to the iphone 5, but I knew it wouldn't feel like a real upgrade... This phone does all of the things the s4 did, and more! And if your wanting a bigger screen, the s4 is 5 inches, this is 5 and 1/2... not a huge difference, but enough to want the bigger. I especially enjoy the textinv window that opens while using other apps. Definitely make multi tasking fun! The camera is great, and the battery actually makes it through a full day comfortably. I couldnt recommend tbis pbone more! And, just for any women woderring about the size, it fits me great. I'm 5'4 and petite if that helps picture it.

Amazing Display
5 Star Review   By LGOGP on AT&T - May 14, 2013

It's a shame AT&T hides this phone on the bottom page while they advertise the S4 and HTC One. Let's hope AT&T lets this phone get updates like it should. If they don't

It's the small things that make the BIG difference
5 Star Review   By EricV on AT&T - May 13, 2013

You've probably already read a lot of reviews. I'll just make a few points. The phone feels quality...I don't know why some of the professional reviews state otherwise. it's nice and has a nice feel to the hand. The skin that LG put on this phone is great. It's minimal and doesn't get in the way, and it's also useful. There are a number of features on the phone that allow for one-handed use, even if you have smaller hands. Lots of other nice touches to the interface that Galaxy doesn't have (nor others). I've used both the HTC One and the S4...both of those phones are great...but my keeper is this one. You'll have to decide if the size is too big for you...otherwise it's a no-brainer. best phone on the market.

Awesome!!
5 Star Review   By vegas2g on AT&T - May 12, 2013

I just got my phone yesterday, but I had been doing my research since the international version came out.. I finally went down got mine from the local att store and I must say this phone is the Best!! Its a shame that its not getting the recognition it deserves. The phone doesnt feel too big in your hands like the note 2 does, it fits perfect. Its fast and the screen resolution is amazing.. I had a sgs3 and was thinking about getting the 4, but it turned out to be a disappointment to me. Looks too much like the sgs3 with a few glamor features. Not interested. Very glad I got my lg optimus g pro would definitley recommend!! Don't hesitate!!

Excellent Device!
5 Star Review   By LJK73130 on AT&T - May 10, 2013

Just picked up the phone today, but so far I am VERY impressed! Can't really comment on battery life since I just completed the first charge. The display is gorgeous! Bright vivid crisp display. Very lifelike colors unlike the over saturated coloring on Samsung handsets. About a quarter inch narrower than the Note 2, so you don't have to nearly disjoint your thumb reaching from one side of the screen to the other. I think this device puts LG back in the game! Well done!

BEST GREAT SUPER PHONE
5 Star Review   By BABA123 on AT&T - May 10, 2013

I am a phone lover . I get every phone on the first day of a launch whether its in US our overseas. "Pay high price" I have never tried any LG phones before, got this one today from att and I love it....... This is much better that Note 2. The best thing about this phone is it is not too wide like note 2 which means you can comfortably hold in your hand......amazing. Screen is super, the quality is amazing. You have so many functions that you will love it. Camera is amazing with lot of features and video quality is amazing. For the videos you can use both the cameras at the same time. I am very picky , I only like the phones which have good camera, good speaker as it is for my business.... this is the one. I got samsung S4, HTC One on the first day..... used them but ?.....they are nice phones but as compare to LG optimus G pro I will go with pro. Battery is very good. If you are a lover of phablet then go for this.........you will love it..... Only concerned is its little heavy ......not too much ....dont go wrong.....but when you hold in your hand ,you can feel that you are holding something good....not cheapy

Great Phone!
5 Star Review   By davesgpro on AT&T - May 10, 2013

Got my Optimus G Pro on May 9th and I’m falling in love with this phone fast! I made the move from an IPhone 4s, have had IPhone’s since day one and wont being going back anytime soon. Android has a learning curve, but 24 hours later things are becoming second nature to me. Managed to move all my music and photos and contacts from the 4s:

The screen looks as good as my Retina Mac......
5 Star Review   By milwaukeean on AT&T - May 10, 2013

I really did alot of soul-searching before I pulled the trigger on upgrading my iPhone4. It was really a two horse race between a Galaxy S4 and HTC One. When ATT started carrying the LG Optimus G Pro I looked at the features and couldn't believe the added value bump with this phone for the price. So, I went with it. Well, the IPS display is so much better, I now would select this type simply based on display. This phone was a great value and my eyes will not get sick of looking at this screen like they did with amoled screens after only a few minutes.
