Disappointed
1 Star Review   By sydthekid on AT&T - Dec 21, 2012

This phone was great for about 2 months, then it completely flaked out. Cuts-off for no reason, and won;t come back on for maybe 10 minutes, maybe an hour, maybe a few hours. Very unreliable.

Great product
5 Star Review   By jewl94c on AT&T - Dec 10, 2012

I have used this phone for three months now. I have not had any issue with it. Voice is clear, but the speaker phone is not that good. The screen size is perfect, big enough but not too big. I still have many things to explore.

Love this phone. Great mini tablet too
5 Star Review   By Telecasterman on AT&T - Dec 6, 2012

I upgraded from an iphone 3gs. The HTC one x is light years beyond my old iphone. First the screen. It's 4.7 inches. I can view a full week on my calendar, and instantly punch down to the day view. I tried it with netflix, and it works great. Brilliant. The screen is big enough to use it as a small tablet. In fact, I rarely use my tablet anymore because the HTC works so well. Next the processor. It's a dual 1.5 khertz. It's amazingly quick. Aps load quickly. Videos play smoothly. It's quicker than my hp tablet, and is a legitimate tablet itself. Then the design. It's thin, light, and gorgeous. It weighs the same as the much smaller iphone 3gs. The camera takes outstanding pictures. Color, detaiI, and speed. 8 megapixel. Even the scans are better, and rival a photocopy. I use it many times every day to replicate session notes. They print beautifully when I get home. Great smartphone!

Best phone on the market. Beats Galaxy S 3
5 Star Review   By Threads on AT&T - Jun 13, 2012

After reading tons of reviews on comparing the One X to the upcoming Galaxy S 3, I can happily say this is the phone you want. The Display is top notch and everyone thinks it looks better than the Super AMOLED Samsung uses. Everyone thinks it looks fake because it is that gorgeous. The battery life is stellar. Just make sure you close stuff you aren't using. That is easy to do by the multitask button they provide. If you are a music person like me, where sound means everything, get this phone. They did an outstanding job making the audio crisp and clear for every music application. Last, but not least, the camera. This thing take the best pictures I have seen on a phone and compared to most digital cameras on the market not.(Not DSLR of course) Get this phone. Do not wait for the S 3. Get this now. It does have limited memory but with Google Music having all of your music synced up you can just stream everything. It is what I do and my data is never used up.

easy to use, right size, not complicated
5 Star Review   By birkita1 on AT&T - Jun 13, 2012

I love to use this phone! I am 67 years old and definitely limited with tech devices. I am on the road constantly and I access my email, use my bluetooth and stay constantly in the loop. I have had a smartphone prior to this and my HTC One outperforms completely beyond all my expectations. The greatest feature is the ease of use and an extremely strong battery. I cannot praise this phone enough.

5 Star Review   By meser on AT&T - Jun 12, 2012

Gorgeous screen with incredible resolution. Light weight, thin yet easy to use. Great battery life as well (double the life of my HTC Google Nexus One) Good fast camera with great features (continuous shooting & simultaneous video + photo), will not replace my DSLR though. Very fast hardware + easy to use software. Good job HTC!

Disappointed
2 Star Review   By gayscoffier on AT&T - Jun 11, 2012

I have only owned HTC androids for the last 4 years. This is the most un-android phone I have ever owned. Even my HTC hero could multitask better than this phone. I can run 2 and if I am very lucky 3 light applications. A single heavy application will cause all other backgrounds apps to crash and sometimes sense will crash also. Why, in gods name has sense not yet been exempted from memory management? The grotesque amount of bloatware that HTC allowed AT&T to place on this phone makes it unusable without disabling at least some of it. AT&T ready to go on the other hand can not be disabled and represents a catastrophic security risk. HTC promised to release all bootloaders for their phones. the at&t version of the HTC one X is the exception. While I prefer sense for its functionality this phone needs a new operating system to make it usable. As it is, it is almost as bad as an iphone. There is no excuse for why a flagship phone should be this much of a let down. It will probably be the last time I buy an HTC.

iPhone Killer
5 Star Review   By firefighterryan on AT&T - Jun 11, 2012

I came from an iPhone so I was not expecting much. This phone far exceeds my expectation, the display is so crisp and vibrant, the battery life is excellent, the Beats audio is phenomenal when used with a good set of headphones (i use Bose) I can't complain about this phone at all. I am fortunate to work in a LTE area and was getting 52mb download speeds.

Great phone
5 Star Review   By drfloyd on AT&T - Jun 6, 2012

The One X is a great phone - my first Android which has been a smooth move off of the Apple Eco system. The battery life is not bad (easily over a day) but heavy use will drain it on the LTE network. Great form factor and easy to hold, beautiful screen with vivid colors, great camera, etc and HTC sense makes navigation easy.

Great Phone, but locked root
4 Star Review   By techie286 on AT&T - Jun 4, 2012

Overall the HTC One x is a great phone. The phone is very thin and is easy to get in and out of you pocket. Applications load quickly and games work great. The screen is much crisper than my Galaxy Nexus and brighter. Battery life is also better than my galaxy nexus, letting me go a full day between charging. The HTC sense looks good and functions smoothly, but I wish it was possible to customize. Just disappointed that Google Wallet is blocked and HTC is not allowing the bootloader to be rooted unlike other HTC phones.

A Nice phone, but coule be better
5 Star Review   By Deeks on AT&T - Jun 4, 2012

Pros: Really nice display, the color is much better and more accurate than the over saturated display on samsung's display. Fast processors, powerfull dual core. Also it comes with a nice camera: fast focusing and clear images. Cons: The only concerns are the unexchangable battery and no sd card slot. Otherwise, I'll have no regret to get it.

Almost perfect!

The only thing that I can see that isn't perfect about this phone is the storage limit. And the fact that there is no ad card slot. Otherwise flawless!

Glad I bought it
4 Star Review   By realestategal on AT&T - Jun 4, 2012

I'm not usually an "early adopter" when a new product hits the market. But it was time for a new phone and the HTC One got rave reviews everywhere I looked. I played with it in the store (along with other models several times) then bit the bullet and am glad I did. My initial hesitations were 1) it was big 2) it would be difficult to type with finger nails 3) it would be difficult to customize and 4) battery life isn't great. In reality.... 1) the size is just fine and it's very slim; the slight curve is nice 2) the touch is very good; it didn't take me long to get used to it coming from a BBerry 3) after playing with it for a day I got everything where I wanted it and can zip around quickly 4) okay, the battery could last a little longer; I have to charge it at least every other day but it's a small price to pay for everything else this phone offers. Surfing is a breeze, the display and camera can not be beat, and it's lightening fast. I've had it for a few weeks and have no real complaints. I love this phone!

Amazing phone
5 Star Review   By vburbage on AT&T - May 31, 2012

Hands-down one of the best android phones I have used. Battery lasts me all day and thats using it almost constantly. The screen makes pictures and browsing the web super easy and pictures and video are clear. The camera on the One X is amazingly fast and having the ability to take pictures while recording video is an extra plus! Sound is good from the speaker, and when using headphones the beats audio makes it sound incredible. My only drawback is that there is no microSD slot to expand memory. Other than that it is a great phone that I would highly recommend.

One x best device on the market as of now
5 Star Review   By OneX on AT&T - May 31, 2012

Overall 5/5 -The HTC ONE X competes above the level of the critically acclaimed IPhone 4s and the Lumia 900. Providing exceptional build quality and speaker sound, the One X is a worthy competitor to any smartphone. Features -The ONE X runs Android 4.0 and with this brings the extensive app Market, which provides multiple features of customization aside from those included with the beautiful user interface of sense 4. Within sense 4 The device can be customized using pre-loaded skins, ring-tones, and scenes that give the device user specified personality. The device features Beats Audio and an amazing 8 mega pixel camera. Beats audio despite the hype provides exceptional sound quality. The Image Sense camera on the One X captures Digital single-lens reflex camera (DSLR) quality High dynamic range (HDR) photos and shoots to please with the zero shutter lag and burst shot to captivate those special moments before they are gone. With Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) support the optional HTC HD Media Link allows the device to stream video to HD displays where support is applicable. The gargantuan list of features is almost endless which is why the One X deserves 5 out of 5 stars for features. Ease of use -Unlike previous versions of Android when you start up the One X for the first time and get to the home screen after initial setup, the user is provided with a tutorial screens on how to use their device with a score of 5/5. Battery -For a 4G LTE smartphone the One X gets through an 8 hour work day with heavy use, but with minimal use the One X easily lasts more than 12 hours. For those who don't live in a LTE coverage zone the One X will last significantly longer. HTC provides may battery saving tips and tweaks to implement to save optimum battery life for a solid 5/5 stars. Display -The Super Liquid Crystal Dispay (SLCD ) 2 on the One X displays great in low light and provides excellent pixel density displaying crisp and clean HD quality receiving a bright 5/5 stars. Design -The design of the One X shows off a poly-carbonate housing that creates a futuristic original look that stands out against the crowd of matte black smartphone that line up in stores. Even if the device doesn't spark any particular interest it still goes away from the norm to provide consumers with something new rather than the same old rehashed design HTC usually sends out giving it another 5 stars for a near perfect product. The HTC One X will not disappoint any of its users; first time users or experienced tech experts alike.

EPIC!!
5 Star Review   AT&T

This hone has it all, the new sleekk look thats very thin, thhe super HD screen, and the freekn awsome camra with rapid shot and stuff, but my favorite thing is the Beats Audio™ thing, the only bad thing is the battery, and the only reason thet its not perfet is because it like"in there" and you cant take it out.

5 Star Review   By HOXuser on AT&T - May 25, 2012

The best thing about this phone is the processor, ICS and the camera..the dual core snapdragon processor is very fast and the camera got some good features in it...ICS is good with the HTC sense 4.0 ...so far i did not face any problems with the phone...the only problem that i see is the battery life..some days its hard to get full day.

Fantastic Phone
5 Star Review   By FUNKYTAZ89 on AT&T - May 24, 2012

I must start off by saying that the battery on this phone is the absolute best battery ive ever experienced in a phone. I used my HTC One x (White) today, with bluetooth and wifi on, texting nonstop, on the web, and making phone calls, from 7am-10p on a single charge. I never thought it was possible. The crisp clarity of the screen is unbelievable. The camera quality is better than what I have ever experienced. Do not listen to bad reviews, I have yet to experience a single glitch on this phone and to simply put it, The HTC One X JUST WORKS.

Provides full experience of smart phone
4 Star Review   By pennavejoshjdc2 on AT&T - May 24, 2012

When my phone was up for renewal, I decided to cave into the peer pressure and get a smart phone. I initially got a Nokia Lumia 900, which is a good phone, processes things well, but is lacking in a lot of other things, mostly because of the Windows platform. The search function was done through Bing, which pales in comparison to Google. There is also a huge lack in apps. I felt like I was missing out. I could have gone back to my old phone and not miss out. After three weeks, I realized that if I'm going to be in a relationship with a phone for two years, then I should love it. I didn't love my Nokia Lumia 900. It was time for a break up. So I did some research and decided to spend more money and I haven't regretted it. I'm tasting the full experience of owning a smart phone and enjoying it. The only downfall really, is the battery life. It needs to be charged every night. The other benefit are the apps, links easy to Google. The 4G LTE is wicked fast. Really can't complain.

5 Star Review   By Lacquon on AT&T - May 12, 2012

This is a great phone. Had it for a week and been hammering it since day one. Gamming an texting and a few phone calls. Have not experience any lagg. Dowloaded two games blood and glory and yummy. Great game no lagg runs smooth. Picture on this phone are bright and colorful you have to go to the store and see for yourself because the screen is just lovely.the phone is really light so make sure to get a case for itt. The phone has a feature that I really luv you can mannage your data usage so you won't go over that wright. Now you can keep up with you data coverage yeah! I'm not laughing you can mannage data usage text time and set a limit.p.s. you can still go over but now you have no excuss to say I didn't know. Video quality is superb and delightful to watch.youtube is installed as well as twitter.gmail.and other also i got my nextflix installed. If you are worried about the data issue they have external data drive that fit into your pocket as well as a battery extender have both just in case and it work fine. Never written a review but this phone is just great. All phones have their quirks but this one I can live with. If you are thinking about this phone go to the store and try it for yourself.

5 Star Review   By AMrvos on AT&T - May 11, 2012

Incredibly happy about my new HTC One X, got it a few days ago have havn't put it down since. It's incredibly snappy, everything's smooth and intuitive, and the display and design are both flawless. I love the 'sliver' design, very thin a light, but wide, very comfortable to wear. So happy to have taken this over the IPhone...for the same price this is definitely the better choice, would recommend to anyone.

Incredible
4 Star Review   By LarryM2012 on AT&T - May 10, 2012

This is a great phone. I have had the G2 and have to say this is 10-fold better. Battery lasts over a full day with moderate use. Texting, emails and surfing. Design is good, looks far bigger than it realy feels in the hand. A bit slippery (you need a case). I am not thrilled with the HTC skin yet not as bad as prior releases of skins. This is truly a phone to beat and I am normally a Sammy guy. Yet appears even Sammy is not beating this phone out with the release of the G3.

Can't believe I've lived without this phone!
5 Star Review   By Shelly88 on AT&T - May 10, 2012

I just got the new HTC One X, and upgraded from a 2010 HTC Aria and I absolutely love it. It is huge compared to my old Aria, but it took almost no time to adjust to it. My biggest concern was because I am a girl, this phone would need to fit in my pocket. To my surprise it fits fine! Because the phone is so thin it fits easily. I love the new Android ICS operating system compared to the 2.2 version that I had been using. It is speedy and very reactive to touch. The display is absolutely amazing. It is crystal clear and fantastic! I buy phones that I know will last for hopefully 2 years so I do not have to update early and I know I will be using this phone for at least that long. It has everything I need and is a great choice. I highly recommend this phone.
