Worst customer service I have ever...

Strengths: Nice CD player, easy to install.

Weakness: Skipped a few time reading MP3 cd's

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Missing a part, and JVC refused to send a replacement. Said I had to purchase it. Last JVC product I will ever buy because of the terrible customer service.

Strengths: MP3, 12 cds, never skips, great sound quality, two controls a wired and a wireless remote.

Weakness: Takes a minute to change disks.

The sound quality is awesome, it depends more on the quality of the mp3s and speakers than the cd changer. I have a mach 460 system with my mustang convertible and I'm in heaven with the top down and volume up. This is the best system you could buy. Retails for around $155-170. Plays all my mp3 disks.
