So far so mostly good
Strengths: Autofeed shredding works quietly and seems to work great. Even tried with staples in sheets.
Weakness: Shredded paper is ONLY dumped into the very back of the bin thus causing a mess when the bin is removed to empty it.

The unit is quiet and the autofeed seems to work great! I even added a few sets of 5 sheets stapled together an it gave it no problems. My only concern is that when the paper is shredded it is fed down into the "pull out bin" at the back of the bin. This means that not only are you not able to tell how much shredded paper is actually in the bin since the paper stays at the back of the bin and just pile up but when you try to remove the bin in order to empty it more than half the shredded paper ends up being swept into the back of the unit. We attempted to slide the bin out a little and reach in to drag the shredded paper toward the front. However, by the time you had the bin out far enough to reach to the back of the bin it was already far enough out the the inside of the unit had already pushed most of the paper off the back of the bin and it was in the back of the unit and not in the bin. Second fix was to try tipping the unit forward BEFORE we opened the bin and shaking it a bit hoping the paper would fall forward in the bin. It does NOT work if you have already shred much paper. It may work better if you do this after every 60 sheets shredded at the most.We ended up being forced to get a vacuum out to clean up all the shredded paper from the floor and from INSIDE the unit every time we need to empty the bin.
