The EVGA GTX 570 012-P3-1571-KR is a higher end video card built for gaming enthusiasts and graphics professionals. The NVIDIA GTX 570 processor is set to default speeds, and can be overclocked by the end user if needed. Outputs include two DVI-I connectors that enable dual-link HDCP, an HDMI port, and a DisplayPort output that enables low-voltage connections to more modern displays. The built in 1280Mb of memory works in 320-bit mode for fast access, and has a 152GB/s bandwidth. Multiple cards can be used in an SLI setup for shared processing duties, and 3D gaming is supported through DirectX 11. This card comes with a limited lifetime warranty when it has been registered within 30 days of purchase. Features NVIDIA GTX 570 732 MHz GPU clock speed 480 CUDA Cores 400 MHz RAMDAC 1280 MB memory, 320 bit 3800 MHz (effective) memory clock speed 152 GB/s Memory Bandwidth PCI-E 2.0 ... PROS: (1) Fan remains nearly silent at stock speeds regardless of GPU demand (2) Very high performance in gaming, perfect scores on Windows Experience (3) Framerates very high for even very demanding games on high quality settings (4) Performs well during overclocked use, also simple to overclock (5) HDMI and DVI port are a bonus to what your motherboard might already have, also not standard on most video cards ... CONS: (1) Large form factor eats a lot of space inside computer, may eclipse a PCI spot on motherboard (2) Fan noise is higher pitched than many graphics cards, can get annoying during high demand
