Strengths: Very Fast for the price. Compatible with every game I have played (only the best for my baby :) ).

Weakness: Fan goes out a little too soon.

I have no Idea what those other people were talking about. I have had this card for a long time and the biggest problem I had was the fan going out. Of course a high speed video card isn't going to work in a junker of a computer. when upgrading a computer you have to take more that the video card into account. eg. RAM, BUS speed, etc..... Most of the people think if they just buy a new video card everything will be fixed and much faster. Do some research and figure it out people. This card has handled every high end game I have thrown at it. Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Vietnam, X2: The Threat, Unreal Tournament 2004, and many many more. I only run my games at 1280 x 1024 with high settings and I have never had a problem. Great card. Thanks ATI.

Strengths: 128MB DDR, DVI-out (if you use flat panel)

Weakness: SLOW card. UNRELIABLE

I recently purchased this ATI Radeon 9000 Pro 128MB (Sapphire) card to replace my Chaintech GeForce4 MX440 64MB graphics card and I am VERY disappointed. I tested out the card with various applications (regular Windows use, viewing DVDs, etc.) and with online games. I play Counterstrike and I noticed a huge difference with performance between the two cards. When playing Counterstrike, I was getting between 50-60 fps CONSISTENTLY with the Geforce card. However, when I installed the Radeon 9000 Pro card, I got anywhere between 20-100 fps. For instance, when I faced a blank wall in the game, I would get 100 fps. However, when I faced a few opponents, I would get between 20-50 fps. Basically, the more activity on the screen, the more DRASTICALLY the frame rate would drop. I am completely dissatisfied with this card; it's a piece of crap, especially for the price it's sold at. Some other webpage called the ATI Radeon 9000 Pro card "the Geforce MX killer". NOT TRUE. The ATI card is UNRELIABLE, and very INCONSISTENT. Do not waste your money on this mid-range card that offers low performance. I am currently running a P4 1.7Ghz system with 512MB PC2100 DDR, and Windows XP, and I play on a CRT monitor.

Strengths: This card can run delta force balck hawk down on all high quality's and 1024x768-1280x1024 resolutions and other medium end games!

Weakness: Runs rainbow six: raven shield poorly, I had to swich it the resolution to 640x480 and AA TO 2X and AF OX. I bunch of bugs on my windows xp pro from that card

Well, what can say I bought that card for DOOM III and it didn't even run rainbow six raven shield so I bought radeon 9700 gold instead and it did a lot better job!! But I recommend NVIDIA'S card from now on my dad has a geforce 2 64 mb and it even ran the game smoothly at 800x600 resolution but ofcourse medium quality and still got much better frame rates! SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strengths: Great Card, Great Price! Great features, Great Price!

Weakness: Not the fastest - But worth what your paying for!

Great card! I have an old 1ghz AMD tbird athlon with 512 pci 133 ram... BUT THIS CARD DOES EVERYTHING I WANT IT TO! The frames on counter-strike and Unreal Tour are just that - UNREAL! It gets better frames then my friends 1.8 p4 with a pny ti-4200 and it slaughters all of the g4 MXs! I didnt need a fx 5900 or a Radeon 9800 (that my comp would bottleneck) so i got this card and oh my! I'M MORE THEN SATISFIED! Its really worth considering if looking to give that frame rate boost to your older comp's old card! Also now I run extended desktop (dual display)! Using my old CRT and my new LCD! Man this thing is so sweet and $75 thats so cheap for a card this good. 5 stars period!

Strengths: Good for game and any graphic operation.

Weakness: Not find till now.

This is a realy good graphic card. The resolution can reach 1600*1200 when running Generals. It is easy to install. My OS is XP. It will be better if the driver can be updated. But I do not know how to use the DVI out put. I like it and recommend it to everyone here.

Strengths: its just too good for gaming and graphic designing

Weakness: so far i did not encounter any problems using it

I can say that it is a great and quite stable Video card, worth to buy one and it is better than Ge Force 4 MX, i compared it with this game Unreal Tournament 2, Ge Force 4 encounters a lot of lagging problems even though its resolution is 800X600, but using Radeon 9000 my com can support a resolution of 1280X1024 pixels, including the video settings, i tick all of them and vs 11 bots still got no problems and no lagging problems, i can say it is a great video card.

Strengths: Easy installation, with clear instructions. The graphics are quite good.

Weakness: Can't seem to easily uninstall the ATI multimedia center.

The card runs well, and the graphics that are produced are crisp and fast. I've used the card to run Castle Wolfenstein, Command & Conquer: Generals, and Warcraft III. I am most happy with how easy it was to install, and how stable it is. It has been run on two computer systems with much success.
